Unprofessional and rude staff, fake pictures, no accomodation for 3 people

Accommodation was not provided for 3 people, even though the room was booked for 3 people. Staff said there is no extra mattress, you'll have to adjust on the same bed. Unprofessional, rude and nonsensical staff. Pictures shown online are fake and nothing like the real rooms. The toilet seat was completely broken, unhygienic rooms

The place is dirty and stinky. No soap in washroom, no water bottle provided. Stay is sooo unprofessional that even after asking water for many times they didn’t provide it. I wasted my money and left hotel in 2 hours

It feels like a brothel in there. Rooms are so dirty and the location is also so dirty. In front of the hotel there is garbage dumped. It feels so dirty and unhealthy. Location is so tough to find the hotel. Room windows are having papers instead of curtains. I looked down the bed to pick something and found lot of garbage, bottles, used condoms and wrappers. I had to visit delhi for some emergency otherwise I would have never stayed at some place like this. Even the price of this hotel is not so less. I request people to please give reviews so that others don't have to suffer. Don't ignore the reviews, these things can't be changed in one days. The hotel is like this and they are not going to change. Anyhow they are earning money by putting fake pictures and wrong details about their hotel on the apps. Also you will not find any restaurants nearby. You will have to catch auto or cab and then go far to find something to eat. People like me who don't know much about delhi get trapped like this. It's not like I haven't seen the reviews but there is no clear review about this hotel. Visit this hotel on your own risk?

The service was efficient, and the hotel maintained clean surroundings. The breakfast options were also quite satisfying

Great location, very good staff. Staff are helpful. One of the few that give breakfast in the morning. It gets noisy if they give their hall.
