I could walk to mad at museum and shopping with no hassle.

Great hotel, quality and cleanliness and good location.

The location was great. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean though a little small.

View could have been better. Very dirty windows. Food was fine but there is always room for improvement.

We were in a basic room with 1 king bed and an extra bed. The rooms are not large and when the extra bed was added, it became cramped. That being said, we didn't mind it at all, the beds were very comfortable, the room was clean and breakfast was delicious (able to order several items like omellets, pancakes etc on request). The location is amazing, just some steps away from a nice shopping mall with plenty of stores and food choices.

Air pollution was an issue when we went (normal for Dec). The hotel could have done a better job at ensuring the air inside the hotel was cleaner. We understand it's not an easy task... The entry was hazy with pollution and the pollution smell was also in the rooms.

The hotel design is good. The area is nice, there is a big shopping mall nearby. Our room was big, well maintained and confortable. The breakfast is wonderful, a great selection of dishes.

The staff in the breakfast area were not serious about their work and kept joking and wasting time instead of serving guests properly. Morning service was slow and unprofessional. The hotel needs to improve the restaurant staff training and discipline.”

Restaurant staff was not attentive with our requests and we were kept waiting long for someone to take our orders. Some cocktails were brought without straws and other accessories to make it easy to drink.

It's an absolutely fantastic place, with a good ambiance, great accessibility, amazing people, and delicious food. The attention to details exhibited by the staff here is amazing. Sonia and Richa from guest relations, Arjun Ji, Paul, Mohit, and others from Delhi Pavilion, and all the housekeeping staff—they were all very friendly, caring, and made our stay a beautiful one. Whenever I come here, I want to stay here permanently.

There is nothing not likeable about this place.

Breakfast was ok but definitively not up to Indian 5 star hotels.

Rooms are small, in particular the bathrooms. The hotel and in particular bathrooms need a refreshment.

The staff seemed too frantic at buffet restaurant, overwhelmed.. Need to ensure a calm atmosphere to allow for a more serene atmosphere for guests..

Excellent location. Right next to some of the fantastic malls in New Delhi.

Restaurant tables were not very clean, and servers can take time to notice if you are ready to place your order.
