Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla By IHG

I was very impressed by the staff at this hotel. They were very professional and at times went out their way to help. Property is well kept, and room was nice and comfy.

Location was not very nice. It located right at a dusty intersection. Also, I wish they had convenience store inside the hotel.

Responsive round the clock and was quick to any requests.

Was not flexible with delivery from outside. Food quality was not consistent, hot foods were cold when arrived. i expect much better from a 5 star hotel.

Room was awesome

it should include the facility of serving breakfast in room they should also give 10-15min of time to explain all the amenities of hotel like spa, pool, and gym

I like the room, it was clean and with the front road view, the staff was polite and the hotel interior is really good. Enjoyed the other amenities as well.

the room service was not good, had to call twice for each service, took min 20 mins for everything. No free breakfast, Iron was not working, however, they've replaced it quickly, the kettle was not clean and not in a good condition.

Customer service

The property was good, clean, spacious and our experience was good too. The room was big, clean and very comfortable. Most of the staff was very helpful and ensured that our requests were addressed immediately. Liked the food at the restaurant, though expensive seemed fresh and was quite good. We had booked to be close to the Dr Karni Shooting Range for competitions, and it helped being within 15-20mins making travel easy.

The amount shown while booking.com and what was being asked (higher) didnt match, and caused some confusion during our stay while checkin and was only resolved by checkout. The staff at the Hotel desk, Krutika helped get this sorted by taking initiative and was much appreciated. Other than a couple of incidents with some of the staff, everyone else was really helpful and service was great.

Room was neat and tidy. Familiarity with the property as I am a 7th time returning traveller. Proximity of hotel to my family residence is a key reason I return to the property.

The address and hotel are not at the same place. The driver dropped us off at some random location in the middle of a bustling market, it did show the the hotel was there. After we called the hotel they gave us a different address, claiming its a glitch on Google Maps and that “50 other people complained about it too”. We had to drive 45 more minutes to the outskirts of the city, and had to pay double to the taxi driver to take us there. We did get a room upgrade, which had yellow water coming out of the tub and had to be fixed at 10pm. Then we had a mouse in the room making noises the whole night. The hotel is located at a very bad area, outside of the city. The location that appears is not the real location.

The food at Crowne Plaza New Delhi Okhla was excellent! Each meal was flavorful, well-prepared, and offered a great variety of choices. we noted that the vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes were not clearly separated. This made it challenging for those with specific dietary preferences to navigate the offerings confidently.

While the food itself was decent, we noted that the vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes were not clearly separated. This made it challenging for those with specific dietary preferences to navigate the offerings confidently.

Food court was exemplary. Good staff

1. Bathroom was bad. 2. Too expensive and not good value for money

Breakfast was great. Cleanliness was exceptional. Room service was prompt.Menu was great Reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Everything was fine

I didn't have time to enjoy the hotel's facilities, I was working but the hotel is very comfortable, spacious room.

The location is not very good. But relax because as a rule you will book the tours with a car and perhaps with a tour guide. Forget renting a car in Delhi. The traffic. This is Delhi, not Disney.

Well Maintained room.Dinner and breakfast was good thanks to Naveen and his team ?

Clean and comfortable. Great staff. Well run

Can’t really think of anything

Breakfast was excellent the staff were very helpful and excellent hospitality

I tried reaching the hotel and getting an answer or getting it transferred to the right department was very challenging

Avarage stay, but poor value for money given the expensive rates during this time. Staff was nice.
