My stay was perfect in this hotel they are too cooperative experienced and polite they take care of cleanliness too much. Good food healthy and hygienic.

Room size and upkeep. Tidy and maintained well,

Staff at front desk took long time to check in even after the standard check-in time

Nothing to like in this place they want to improve for international tourism. They dont want it I guess. Only one transport driver helped us for sight seing who was able to understand us. Second day they provideded another driver who ruined our stay.

Everything. Hotel view in photos are a fake. I booked once and cancelled on booking.com and sent private messages as I have not paid cancellation fee. And then I booked same for two nights one is with early checkin. When I arrived early they said your checking is at 12. But I paid for them via the linke they sent. Once argued they gave me the check in. And the same day I paid 500 for the Airport pickup no one arrived. I used my own again. They couldn't refund it. I avoided the place 2nd day. Not pleasant. They are finding ways to get money but not to provide the service.

Nothing, they cancelled my booking wen I reached the hotel and transferred it to some other hotel adjusent to it

Everything
