This hotel is a nightmare. I booked it because I was there almost 10 years ago and it really was a nice hotel (Mohan International). The owner changed and it is horrible. It looks really bad, it is more a construction than a hotel, hygiene is horrible. I left when I saw the room. It is nothing as advertised on here on Booking. It should be removed. I had to threaten to lobby guy with the police to get the advance back I paid before he showed my the room. I arrived there at 5 AM in the morning after 20h of traveling and just had to leave so I did not find the time to take any pictures. I stayed then in the hotel on the other side of the street and they said they almost have daily guest fleeing from there to come to their hotel.

EverythingService - Dodgy and dishonest serviceCleanliness - Filthy. Room stunk, bed sheets had a thousand stains including blood stains, there were a ton of hairs on the pillow, all bathroom fittings were rusted and dirty, floor was sticky, door handle kept coming off when I closed the door, power was turned off during the night, and I could go on. I ended up staying at a near by hostel

Staff refunded money.

Do not stay at this property. The property is not like the photos. Rooms are dirty, full of mosquitos. Bed sheets and pillows full of stains and hairs. Bathroom unusable. Shown alternate room which was just as bad. Photos don’t scrape the surface of how dirty and unliveable it is. We had to leave immediately and book somewhere else. Would recommend the hotel perfectly adjacent if you are unfortunate enough to end up here. Staff at hotel did not seem too concerned about the state of affairs and quite happy for us to leave. They stated that they were understaffed however that does not excuses a lack of basic hygiene and cleanliness. The whole building needs renovating and tidying up.

The hotel's location was ideal, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding area. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and easily accessible.

The only positive i can draw from this stay is when the hot water was on it was good and the closeness to New Dehli Station.

Absolutely everything else. The staff although tried to be outwardly helpful to our face when we raised concerns of mould in the room as one of us has asthma, were actually very rude, commenting in Hindi thinking we didnt understand. The pictures of the hotel are not representative of its current state at all and only wish i took some as evidence. I have no issue staying in budget places, those less luxiourious and aware cleanliness can vary across places, but its not appropriate to advertise and pay for something and then not recieve it or its service.

Trust me, everything is crap. They lie, they scam, they try everything. Place is very dirty. Photos have some incredible filter as the place is nothing like it.
