Nothing.... Actually this hotel is not at this location.A warehouse type building at same location but there we not found this hotel...This is also fake..how it's happening.

Actually this hotel is not at this location.A warehouse type building at same location but there we not found this hotel...This is also fake..how it's happening.I was beleive on booking.com.But in Delhi mahipalpur A block road number 4 gali no-9 hotel worldwide suit very dirty and hotel O NY plaza was not at location..Please take strongly action.I waisted my 3-4 hrs for location.

As per my booking in the app, I paid the room money and it is mentioned that breakfast was complimentary. When I reached the hotel, they asked me to pay the 1.093 extra to allot the room and no breakfast was provided. No response from booking.com or OYO.

All things went wrong from start to exit. They charged an extra amount for the stay and no breakfast was provided. No phone service, no cleaning, TV was not working. I request for groundfloor in advance but no response, they allot in the corner of the first floor.

Very poor . Room rate show in online 435 .but we reached the hotel they are not except that rate .recipient tell me they want 1000 rupees. Very poor

Pathetic service, very rude staff. They dont even give you RO water but forcing you to purchase mineral water at double cost. And above that, they overcharge you without any reason. Really disgusting

Staff behavior was absolutely pathetic. First they refused me to check in saying I booked my room on a low price so they can't give me a room. So I ended up in the police station complaining about the hotel and at the end of everything I was so exhausted and police officer said to me go back to the hotel. When I went back they offered me a non AC room. In the bathroom shower was broken

There was nothing to like in this brothel hotel.

Very cheap kind of couples use this hotel for hourly basis.It is not a hotel in anyway.The management itself running this cheap business.All of the staff

The hotel has excellent property at good location. Extra space is available everywhere. The room was big, enough space, the deal was excellent. Bed was comfortable, almirah was also provided.

The room was not maintained at all, no cleanliness, the door lock was not working, it was repaired and replaced in front of me. The bathroom was also not cleaned, hotel staff was very slow, provided me towel after 4 hours. Room was very stinky.

I didn't get room, paid 2 times, lost my first payment, worst offers, cheated

Staff rude and used condom in the bathroom, told the staff and they just laughed and didn’t do anything about it. There was no toilet paper or bin so I couldn’t deal with it. The staff were awful and so rude. The person who brought up my room service asked if I wanted him to bring me Russian prostitutes

Stinky rooms and wash rooms. Its looked like a hotel meant for one night stands. Pictures shown in the website are misleading

Only the price

The character of the staff. they behave like we came for free stay. Also not as seen in online. In time of booking shown free breakfast. Morning saying as Corona they don’t provide. when ask for Mánager telling he is on leave talk to OYO. even not giving management number. when told will give bad experience in feedback told no problem

I got confirmation that my booking has free breakfast but in the morning they said no, it's not possible even after showing the email, they didn't.

we had breakfast there.location and front desk staff was good.but pantry facility is slow.bit expensive but overall nice place.
