Hotel Vedas Heritage - Karol Bagh - Newly Renovated

The hotel is in a good location. It is close to the metro, The room was small but clean. Wi-Fi was slow. Service could be better. Overall, not bad for the price.

Great and helpful staff

Desperately in need of renovation. Doors don’t close, bed broken and bathrooms from early 2000s. Not at all maintained. Towels were dirty inspite of being washed. Better options are available close by

In quick summary we booked 2 nights and left after the first due to how dirty and uncomfortable we felt. We booked due to the high level review score and number of reviews, after staying there the property must be altering the review score because there is no way the average traveling is rating the hotel near a 9/10. After budget conscious traveling Asia for 3 months this is the worst hotel we booked, only place we wanted to leave and only negative review we have made. Not typically those people but this place should be avoided until they deep clean or dramatically lower prices.

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were greeted with smiling faces. Everyone was extremely helpful. The hotel was spotless and the food was delicious!!
