Sheraton Jakarta Soekarno Hatta Airport

We were only there for a few hours in between flights - enough time for a nap, dinner and a swim in the pool. Facilities were great and the staff were amazing - super friendly and accommodating. We'd go back to Jakarta just to stay there for longer than five hours!

The pool! Clean, fresh, not deep but not too shallow, smells fresh, well maintained, and long enough to do laps.

Well-situated for a short transit stay (15-min drive from Soekarno-Hatta airport). The hotel building is a bit old and renovations are due for it to deserve it’s 5 stars. It’s good value though as it’s much less pricey than other Sheratons. Breakfast buffet is okay but could be upgraded for a more international standard.

Very clean large hotel with large rooms great pools and friendly staff. Would be 10 out of ten except the menu was a little light on options and we ordered Coca Cola twice and were told they had none and when we ordered fries for our child again were told they had none. These two items are easy to get at any nearby minimart so I thought it was odd they were still out the next morning.

The room was well appointed. The bed extremely comfortable. The breakfast was good. Pleasant lounge area to sit whist waiting to leave for airport on the complimentary shuttle.

The windows looking out of my room were extremely dirty.

Stayed from 10pm to 7am for a stop over in Jakarta on a way from HK to Manado. Smooth check-in. Comfortable bed in a decent room with a good shower. Good breakfast in a nice restaurant and all of it for a reasonable price. No complaints.

Our stay was short, as we had to check out in the middle of the night. Nevertheless, we enjoyed a drink in the bar/coffee shop, and a tasty dinner in the restaurant (Social). The shuttle service was prompt and free.

Beautiful hotel. So close to airport. Bar & food open until midnight. We enjoyed late night drinks & had a snack at the bar which was nice.

VERY, VERY EXPENSIVE. 4.2 million $240 US dollar for 6 drinks & some chicken skewers and an order of fries.

The hotel’s close proximity to the airport and its spacious layout with tropical greeneries create a comfortable atmosphere. Staff were genuinely hospitable.

While the stay was pleasant overall, some areas could use improvement. Certain room had minor marks and a damp smell, and noise insulation was poor with traffic and air conditioning sounds quite audible. The room “garden view” was more limited than expected, and TV entertainment options were pretty sad. There was also a mix-up with our pre-booked private service car, though the staff handled it courteously and offered compensation.

The bed was dirty and smells very bad.

Very comfortable room, well equipped and clean. Very polite staff, very willing to help in every matter. 10 minutes drive from the airport. As we left very early didn’t have a chance to attend breakfast but I’m sure it was perfect too.

Everything about this hotel is great.The breakfast was amazing. The location is only 10 minutes from the airport.

It's far from the city. There was no playground for kids.The room a bit too small

The location is very next to the Jakarta airport with free shuttle service for the pickup and drop. The staff is very friendly.

Food is okay but I expect from the 5 star hotels when it comes the taste.

There was an alarm (probably an emergency door left open?) going on for hours that disturbed almost the entire night.

The rooms are renovated and look lovely. Nice place to see passing by planes.

The dinner menu is limited, the pizza was not available and served food (nasi goreng ayam) was cold. Shuttle service starts as of 13:30 pm. You if you land in the morning you have to arrange your own transport
