Erian Hotel

The location of the hotel was within the pick-up zone of day tour groups. The onsite restaurant offered many delicious options. Breakfast buffet had good selection of hot and cold items; I enjoyed the made to order eggs.

Sadly, my room did not have any windows at all.

One of my friend accidentally dropped a glass and the glass broke. The hotel charged us Rp 80 000.00 for a miserable glass.We booked 6 rooms that night and the charges were exorbitant.

- The shower was surprisingly good. - The staff was friendly- The bed was comfortable

- The room smelled like sigarretes and the airconditioning needed cleaning so that didn't help with that.- There is no fridge in the room which is a very low hanging fruite to improve the stay. - The staff was friendly but I was also bothered a lot with phone calls to ask if I wanted to order room service or other things. It's not the end of the world normally but I'm mentioning it because they woke me up 2 times on my last day when I had to catch a flight the day after. I wasn't able to catch sleep that night after they disturbed my sleep with random things that were already discussed with reception and were totally unecessary.

Great Hotel, very comfortable bed and great room overall. The staff were very helpful and welcoming a check-in. Overall great value for money.

Only one small thing, it would be nice to have some more western food options for breakfast.

Modern, clean and stylish hotel in great location. In walking distance ffom the Monas tower. The top floor restaurant has nice view over the central Jakarta

It was all good

All about this hotel I like, it’s just that I have lost my husband recently, the room they gave didn’t have windows at all, so I felt suffocated. Other than that, it was great.

When the one lift didn’t work, it was a headache ?.

Staffs are very helpful and can speak english.

Room was noisy (bad soundproof), bathroom got a damp smell, sink was poorly designed, water splashes easily and wasnt cleaned properly, there was a rust/yellow stain in the crevice between the sink and the tap.

The staff were kind.

The pillows were not clean. The bedsheets need to be cleaner.The bathroom was as cramped as an airplane lavatory.

Everything is really great & awesome. Comfortable, near attraction area, facilities are good. Staffs all friendly & helpful. Recommended stay & will definitely repeat our stay here except the massage thing. Thanks.

Just one thing is not really to my expectations, we ordered massage at our room but the service is so so. Maybe next time can improve the massage service.

Got an upgrade and had a very nice, clean and large room with a comfortable bed.

Despite non-smoking signs in the hotel it is definitely not a non-smoking hotel. While I don't mind that there are smoking rooms, at arrival the entire floor was smelling for cigarette smoke and my room neighbor was smoking with his door open while none of the staff (who were walking around next to it) said anything.

Room was very clean and tidy. The hotel was very nice and has a lovely rooftop bar with delicious food! The breakfast was very good too. Location is great.

There is live music on some of the evenings that goes on until very late which was difficult when dealing with jet lag as it keeps you up. Air conditioning/fan was also quite loud.

Nice and convenient hotel in central Jakarta. Clean room, good breakfast and really helpful and friendly staff. Great view from the rooftop bar. Very good value for money in this district.

Loved the hotel and staff. The room was exceptionally clean, and everything smelt so nice, including the bedsheets, pillows, and towels. The bathroom was very nice with separate loo and shower areas. The rooftop restaurant was very nice with amazing city views at night. Loved the neighbourhood, with so much at walking distance.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, easy for transport options. Nice rooftop bar to relax at the end of the day. I was given a room without a window & Shelly promptly arranged me to swap to a room with a window.
