Cons -
- The internet connection is not consistent in every room. Some rooms have a good connection, while others do not get any signal. However, given the relatively low rental price, I am quite satisfied.

The location close to the main road and there's hot water
The room is dirty. They didn't really clean it when checked-in. They dump all dust and trash below the bed. The sheets are also smelly. The wifi is only working in the corridor. Inside the room, no wifi and hard to get reception.
