The entire staff is Amazing.specially front Desk employees Mr.Aldi & Ms Nadia. Rooms are specious and clean. Very near to Kemaang LIPPO Mall.

The Breakfast option is not much for foreigners, they need to work on it ( Quality is good)

Spacious room, comfortable bed & pillow.

The hot water on the bath tub did not work so well.. need maintenance i guess.

Leaking Air-conditioning at the corridors and the smell is miserable ❌Room Air-conditioning not good as well ❌Noisy Bar at 8th floor, specially at weekend ❌Street Noises most of the time ❌Swimming pool is basically a joke ❌Fighting with MOSQUITOES in the room ❌

- Big room.- Good location in South Jakarta.- This was once a very beautiful hotel.- Staff in general very friendly and helpful

- Unfortunately not well maintained (spots on carpet and wall, black stains in shower, some lights and sockets not working,...)- Disappointing breakfast (f.e. bread products were stale and obviously not fresh)- Staff at breakfast are not interested in their job and/or the guests

Breakfast, property and facilities maintenance, bed sheets, bathroom & toilets , I don't think this is 5 star hotel. this place is equivalent to 3 star facilities.

Complete disregard towards request for specific invoice. Dumb excuse that this is not possible due to booking via booking.com while this is not an issue at any other hotel I stay

The room was nice and clean

The room was not sound proof. I can hear loud music either for the club downstairs until 2am.

The room was spacious.

Towel was dirty. I had to ask for new one. Then the bathroom was smelly. The bathtub was leaking. We eventually asked to change room. The new room still have the same problem but at least the bathtub was not leaking anymore. Parking garage was small so guests need to pay for "vip parking", which cost us 100K rupiah (about 7 dollar),

When I arrived I was charged extra money (even if booking never mentioned this expense) for deposit that then “it was going to be returned” - so I was told - but the money was never actually returned and the hotel never replied my emails.I think the hotel is already expensive enough to even charge extra “deposit money” that then is never returned!!I don’t think it’s fair to people - really bad, be careful ?

Staff was super friendly. Room was set up well and bed was comfortable. Good range of foods for breakfast.

Bathroom had a real bad smell when we got in and smell didnt go away even after housekeeping. Toilet and shower had stains and the towels as well. No hot water and quite noisy from bar/club on 3rd floor

Very good hotel. Welcoming team, clean and spacious room, big tv. Nice bar at the GF.

The first night was perfect, but the second (in a different room) was a bit noisy because the room overlooked the highway. If you can, choose a room that faces behind or to the sides of the hotel (quiet), not the front (noisy).

Everything, especially the warmth and nice attitude from the all staffs, also the cozy room to stay for spending quality time with family.

Very nice and spacious room. Beautiful bathroom, good bed, stocked minibar and good restaurant at the premises.

The hotel is located right next to the double decker highway Antasari. Motorcycles race by throughout the night. Avoid front rooms if possible..

i like the bathtub and the ambience in the room, and the service respond quickly

well the hotel itself isn't really any problem at all, but the location of the hotel is well known for its 'heavy' traffic jam

The swift respond from the staff, they put me in a wrong room, by wrong means the room still in a mess situation for someone who just check in, but they take care of it in a minute, they gave me another neat room.

I didn't try the breakfast, the fact is the staff didn't even mention about it. But nothing to complaint at all, maybe he just skipped the info.
