the location is reachable and easy to navigate. near a restaurant and shopping mall makes it easier to find snacks. Breakfast view love it!

My room have a bad smell that makes me migraines the whole stay, the towels smells so bad as well. although they changed it after but due to the room smell as a whole it wasn't great

The room was dirty a lot of dust and poor maintenance.

Localisation is fine if you want something not that far from the airport but also relatively close to malls and different attractions.

Aircon was working really bad which cost us one night of no sleep. Room could've been cleaner.

SCAM ALERT there is no hotel, no room available, no nothing.

The room and the bathroom were clean.There is not so many space for luggages but the dimension is perfect for short stays of one or two nights.

The room is spacious enough for two people, and there are plenty of outlets for charging. The bathroom is clean, and the toiletries are complete. The hotel is easy to find and within walking distance of Monas, many food establishments, and a nearby busway (bus stop) for convenient commuting. Additionally, when I requested a late checkout, the front desk made it very easy to arrange.

Everything was great during my stay, but I do have a few comments about the TV and the clothes hangers. I’m usually out during the day, so I’m only in the room at night to sleep. However, when I wanted to relax in the room, the TV only offered cable channels and didn’t have a wide variety of options for streaming platforms. Also, there were only four clothes hangers in the room, and I wasn't sure if I could request more, as that was the only set provided. Aside from these points, everything else was excellent. These issues didn’t make my stay inconvenient, but I wanted to share them as feedback.

We really enjoyed the location of this hotel. Staff were exceptionally friendly and even kept extra luggage we had until we returned 4 weeks later from our travels around Indonesia. Hotel room was very comfortable and clean. Lovely complimentary tea at reception. We would definitely stay again!

I like how friendly the staff were and the amazing jobs the housekeeper did. Our room was alwas clean.

After my first day at breakfast, I came back to find $300 missing from my wallet. The response from the staff was curious. The CCTV coverage wasnt clear as well. No matter, please keep your valuables with you at all times.

I recently stayed at MaxOne Platinum Hayam Wuruk in Jakarta and had a wonderful experience. The hotel's modern design and vibrant atmosphere are welcoming, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff, though not very fluent in English, were friendly and attentive. The location is excellent, with easy access to major attractions and public transport. Overall, a great value for money. Highly recommended!

There was an incredible noise 24 hours without stopping (probably the elevator is creating this noise) makes sleeping impossible!!!No refrigerator in the hotel rooms

Clean rooms, good bathroom.

Did not like the location, you cannot walk easily to tourist locations. The room also smelled like sigarettes, which was not pleasant.

Mouldy smell in the room. Cleaning: There were hairs in the bathroom when I checked in.Noise: Extremely poor sound insulation. You can hear everything from adjacent rooms. Even people just talk.Noise: Major roadworks on the main road outside going on 24/7. Can hear power drills through the night, every night!Upon booking, I asked for a quiet room, which I wasn't given. After the first night, I asked to change the room, but I was told that they were fully booked for a week.Being fully booked doesn't mean that people don't check out for that week. They could move reservations around if they want, but they didn't.
