Neo Hotel Puri Indah

Compare to many other hotel, this is not value for money

Get an empty bottle and was told to top water by myself. I thought at least should be filled up the first time l stepped into the room and after cleaning up

The location was good.

The attitude of the staff. The cleanliness of the rooms.

Location

The aircon (912) need to be overhauled. I go that same room a gew times and the aircon is not cold and always drips after sometime

Passable

AC wasn't working properly! Tried to fixed but not fixed! Room was so hot.

Pleasant staff, good service. The location is good. The room is reasonably comfortable.

There was a stench in the whole hotel that the staff couldn't explain. The place is quite noisy.

Location is good for transit. It took about 30m drive only to go to the airport, no jams.

My room is for non-smokers. Not sure if the whole floor is but once the lift door opened, there was strong smell of nicotine. Prayer from the nearby temple was super loud at 5am.I messaged hotel in the morning to see if they can arrange airport pick up. They replied at night after checking in.

Staff was amiable and quick to response to your needs.

Lack of fridge

Overall service and room size. Comfortable bed. Small writing desk but sufficient to get some work done.

room allocated by the main road which was very disturbing through the night.

Room rate.

Breakfast. Replenishment is too slow. It tastes too sweet, too salty. Located too close to 2 mosques hence the prayer at 3 Am really wakes us up. I have very insufficient sleep.

Perfect location for shopping, there are many shopping centres near by the hotel. Breakfast was ok, needs some improvement with coffee and tea, perhaps by replacing a new coffee machine. Staff's were very polite and helpful.

No air-conditioning around restaurant and lobby area and it was very warm. Lobby area needs to be improved perhaps by adding some more comfortable sofas for guests.

Location

Aircond smelly, drip at night till water in floor and they Dont change room. They just repair the aircond at the night. The price and stay does not really give me satisfaction compare to other areas i been stay.

The style and cleanliness of the hotel

Very loud - The hotel is on a Main Street with lots of traffic throughout the night, not their fault, my bad choice.

Clean , good location , good staff

Location

Cleanliness, noisy room, poor facilities, bad hotel breakfast

The hotel's location is not bad, but it's far from central Jakarta; it takes 30 minutes to reach the center. When I reached my room, I noticed that the blanket was old and had been used by someone before. After informing the reception, they promptly changed it. The room itself was comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. Additionally, there are street food options available near the hotel

- The room is clean and the bed is comfortable.- Staffs are friendly.

- Small bathroom.- Doesn't have refrigerator.- Need to take water from the dispenser outside the room.- Do not have much choice with the

Good location - on the main street; Jalan Kembangan Raya - good access and easy to find. Convenience store nearby; walking distance to shopping malls. 30 minutes to/from Soekarno-Hatta airport (if traffic was good). Room was quite spacious with nice furnitures. Interior was modern and clean. Big windows were a plus. Amenities were fine. Bathroom was very good. Lighting was good. TV channels were excellent. Wi-Fi worked fine. Water dispenser available at the corridor - which is excellent. Service was excellent. Good value for money.

The only thing that needs to be improved is the soundproofing on the window (facing the main street) - loud noises from the street (it was a Saturday night) can be heard clearly even though we stayed on a pretty high floor.

Location is great, staff is showing extra support and help. Very friendly. Rooms are clean. Manager showed extra help.

Everything is great.

No complains on the breakfast. The staff was attentive and helpful.

Maybe due to space constraints in the room , there is not sufficient space to hang the clothes.

A nice, clean, quite new hotel. Practical location if you need a stay in West or North Jakarta.
