The location was ideal and the bed was so comfortable. The staff was especially friendly and helpful, especially Gian who went out of her way to provide great assistance. Good spread of breakfast and it's easy to arrange for pick-up and drop-off to places. Great restaurant in the hotel itself with nice menu for room service.

I wish there could have been more provisions like a hand towel and cotton buds in the toilet. The towel also had a bit of a smell but housekeeping changed it when requested.

Excellent hotel in a good location. Great value for money. Room size was a bit small but it was expected as we paid only around $50 for a night and hence great value. Very nice staff, always helpful.

nice , near the airport

The hotel is not suitable for families . There are too many teenagers and loud groups of young people hanging around everywhere — it’s really uncomfortable, and I honestly don’t understand why the management allows this.

The room was clean and cozy, perfect for a relaxing stay. The hotel is located in a less crowded area, and there is an Indomaret nearby, but it is only open during office hours.

The room was nice; however, the lack of carpet made it feel a bit cold, especially for prayer.

Rooms are okay, location is good and value of money.

I hear noise coming from outside, also A/C system is really loud and blowing air very much

Ibis Style Tanah Abang has a great location. By car, takes approximately 10-15 minutes to Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia or Plaza Indonesia. The room is clean. Helpful staff. And great breakfast.

I recently stayed at Ibis Styles Jakarta Tanah Abang, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations.The room cleanliness was disappointing — surfaces didn’t feel properly cleaned, and the overall housekeeping quality did not meet even basic standards.The towel quality was extremely poor. They were rough, worn out, and honestly should not be used by guests. This is unacceptable for a hotel that claims to maintain international standards.Additionally, I requested an iron and ironing board, and was told they would be provided “based on availability.” When they finally arrived, both were unsafe and unusable. The iron’s cable was damaged, posing a clear electrical hazard, and the ironing board was broken, making it impossible to use. This shows a serious lack of maintenance and attention to guest safety.For further evidence, please refer to the attached photos.Overall, this stay was very disappointing, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the quality of service and facilities.

Great value for money. The room is a bit cramped but we had a comfortable stay. The location was not too far from some of the main cultural attractions of the city. All members of staff were super kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful in terms of choices and quality.

The staff are good . They even did for me decoation in the room for my anniversary.

The room is very small and not too much facilities.

Staff was very friendly, The room was clean, amenities were good, price was good.

Wifi was so slow and sometimes it was completely gone.

Swimming pool is in another building and guests has to escort in and out of a indoor pool

The Indomaret convenience store inside the building is closed early as per office hours. There's no convenience store around the hotel's vicinity to buy necessities in the evening/at night.

We've stayed in different accommodations in different countries over the years, this was the best, above & beyond customer service we have ever received. We needed to go to hospital a few times. The staff were extremely helpful. The Ibis Styles team organized everything for us. A special thank you to Fajri & Wulan! We are very grateful for your help. - The hotel is clean, the room was well appointed. We had a corner room with city views which we were very happy with. Beds are comfy & the beddings were nice & soft.

Staff (from all departments) pleasant personalities, squeaky clean rooms, super comfortable bed & pillows, freshly clean towels all at an affordable price. The dangerously comfortable bed made me feel like I should be lying on it all day ? Hope everyone keep their great & notable contribution continuously ?

Rp5K payable for each vehicle entrance so my grabcar/taxi always have to add on.

The location is very convenient, and the neighborhood seems nice and quiet.I liked the natural light and the way the rooms flow together.
