Jambuluwuk Thamrin Hotel

Well, since my arrival the Staff so great . It¿s Amazing they give me great treatment to get my accommodation. Every morning the Buffet Breakfast fresh and really good food.Pretty convenient and healthy. Once again it was Amazing.

Nothing there.

It’s in a good location. Their restaurant is serving food and beverages from morning till 11pm, makes it easy for the guests to enjoy food and relax at the same time.

The bathroom, I wish they remodel the bathroom .

Lovely helpful staff. Comfortable room. Good supply toiletries. Limited tea coffee creamer supply. Decent breakfast.

Bathroom could do with an uplift. Took some time to get shower to work. Poor vegetarian selection for dinner or breakfast but staff very flexible and did best to help. Second day breakfast had numerous veggie selection - thanks

Good location and comfy.

Please mop the floor until it is dry and mop it in the morning so that it is not slippery. My child slipped while in the room after returning to the room at night. Choose a balcony room but the balcony door cannot be opened.

Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. Excellent location, just a short walk to Bundaran HI.

The door was a little bit squeeky and the sink seemed to have a minor leaking problem, but it didn’t cause much of a problem.

The room was large and spacious and the bed was very comfortable. A delicious buffet breakfast that had new dishes everyday. The staff was so welcoming.

We couldn’t use the small balcony and the double doors were permanently locked. It would have been nice to at least open the doors.

Great location, close to public transport, rooms were big and clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful

Location, room space

Hot water flow is not stable

The place is very cozy and close to Grand and Plaza Indonesia. the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

There are no groceries store nearby. you have to walk for a bit to get to a market. one of the mornings there was an event at the lower levels. I could hear the loud noises early in the morning.

- perfect location MRT station, bus stop, Grand Indonesia, Sarinah are only 5-10min on foot. There is a pedestrian path at Plaza Index building and also at the Kuliner Pagi Malam area (between Sinar Mas building and Pertamina Lubricant building) that provides easy access to Thamrin Street.- Great service We received a delicious welcome cake in our room, the staff called on our first night to make sure we weren't experiencing any issues. I really loved how they paid atention to small details to make our stay comfortable. - Pretty interior and good ambiance The interior has a lovely Betawi style design, the cleanliness is beyond expectations, the bed is super comfy, and i really loved the fragrance in the lobby as well as the bathroom amenities provided ( body wash, shampoo, conditioner, soap)

- there is only one, small, and slow lift luckily our room located on 3rd floor which wasn't too high and we can easily use the stairs to go down- the lighting was too dim for me

Everything were great. Good location, clean, good staff

The location and breakfast was ok. Comfortable beds.

The room said it had a window but was tiny and on the side. Looked like it didn’t have one.

The service was amazing, cleanliness was great.Restaurant downstairs good value & very tasty the staff were nice..Perfect from the time we arrived to the Porters when we left ?

Location and spacious room

Room with not much view

Good location can walk to Plaza Indonesia. Good choice of restaurants near by. Breakfast good

Swimming pool was tiny but wouldn't stop me rebooking

The team at the hotel was very nice and very helpful. Good location and very clean.Highly recommended!

Very clean, made the most out of the place with good interior design and great kitchen. The location is great too. We had connecting rooms which was great for our family.

Pool a bit small and the room had no view at all.

Great breakfast, variety of offer! Everything delicious.Staff really helpful.Confortable room.

Noisy room, we could notice other room's climate machines. Most dishes on breakfast had only the Indonesian name, not even in English. No information about allergens. Gym very basic but ok.

Superb hotel, big rooms, lots of facilities for guests, warm hotel staff & excellent restaurant too! What else do you need?

Nothing, to be honest!

Didn't get breakfast from the Hotel, so can't really comment. However, the Cafe is pretty big and there is a pool beside the alfresco area just outside the indoor Hotel cafe.Hotel Staff was super warm, hospitable, and very friendly. GREAT to see a smiley face in the mornings heading out and in the evenings coming back. Room was super spacious and clean. Bed was HUGE (King) and comfortable. Everything like toiletries (shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand wash & body moisturizer, shower cap, toothbrush kit, cotton tip) has been provided for. There's free Water, Coffee & Tea too!

That I couldn't stay longer than planned! : PI wish I could have STAYED MUCH LONGER than the four (4) nights! :P I WILL DEFINITELY STAY in this Hotel when I visit Jakarta again ... Hopefully, soon! : ))
