Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta Thamrin

Location was ok.

Hotel was under renovation.Entrance by foot had to walk on the road.There is a pillar in my room.Room was too cold.Breakfast was decent.For the amount paid, I would be better off at staying at neighboring hotels which has better rooms and food options for breakfast.

Too much construction work going on and then the power went out for an hour

Small lobby, limited public chatting spaces.

Location central to everything we wanted to see. Good location walking distance to markets and malls.

The location is near to everywhere. The staff were so helpful from the started. Always ask if need help or assistance. We glad that miss Citra was so friendly to us and always help us in many way. Thank you for being kind to us!

The hotel itself. Old building, uneven wall paint, bedding so old and discoloured (not sure it was white or yellow before)

Location and staff! The location was a short walk from large shopping malls and was in a convenient location. The staff was extremly attentive and available. They are the best thing about this hotel.

Walls are paper thin, despite being on the ninth floor you could hear traffic from outside and you could hear other guests. The noise really affected my quality of sleep. The bathroom also had poor lighting.

I like how near in walking distance to Plaza Indonesia and Sarinah Plaza.. The satff were very very helpful when I had initial issue with my card payment but I forgot to take note of her name :(

The room that I stayed smelled like a chimney (prev guest smoked in the room :() even after they purify it, it still smell and I hate it. I asked for a non smoking floor but was told no non smoking room is available.

rooms with city view are a bit noisy due to Jakarta traffic, but the staff explained new sound-proof windows are being installed gradually ;-)

Location is good, all staff are friendly and helpful.

I booked twin room and I got a room on 8th floor. The room faces the street so I could heard all the noise from the street, I couldn’t sleep all night so of course I couldn’t work on the next day. It was a shame that I paid that night not cheap. Of course they moved me to other room when I complained but still I was not happy with the money I had spend for that night and I lost a day to cannot work because of no sleep. It was a business trip.

Breakfast is basic vs what i as Sheraton/Mariotts customer are used to, however the hotel meet its purpose.

very plain room, where there is a big pillar that blocks the room view. The bathroom needs to be refreshed and plumming cleaned so what goes away in sink and shower

location was great ..within walking distance to BHI MRT station, Sarinah n Plaza Indonesia.and i love to be able to participate the Jakarta Car Free Morning right from the hotel.staff was very pleasant n friendly to accommodate all of our request.
