The first room I was placed in had mold all over the ceiling (lots of it!). They moved me to another room that didn’t have mold but was not in good maintenance.

No hand towels plus need upgrading to rooms to keep up with all the new hotels

Nice room, good breakfast and friendly staff

The location itself is not so great due to the road construction in front of the hotel, little messy, a small mall behind the hotel did offer multiples restaurants easy access from hotel

Location is great and close to restaurants and public transportation.

Too close to construction site for the new MRT station so there will be constant noise and pollution until it is done next few years.

Everything was great, customer service was outstanding, staff very helpful and friendly. Concierre employee was always giving us great ideas and helping us out each day. Would highly recom. speaking to him for fun ideas or help with setting up adventure

No we really enjoy our stay st this hotel. Most staff speaks English which was very helpful. Rooms are very clean and all staff are friendly. Great place would stay here again. Thank you to everyone at the hotel. Great work keep it up.

The staff are the absolute best! From hotel employee and the rest of the concierge and reception department to hotel employee (and everyone else!) in Duta Cafe, and Tri and his housekeeping team. They made our 12 day stay feel like home.

Suite room was very large and has a laundry machine.

Excellent and very well kept hotel.Rooms are very large, clean, comfortable and quiet. An oasis in Glodok.The service is also excellent.I had left a package in a taxi taking me to the hotel, the concierge went above and beyond to retrieve it .I thought my package was lost for good, in less than 1 hour it was re delivered to my room.Food is good, breakfast buffet is huge.

My family stayed in a family suite which was very comfortable for us. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very kind.

The hotel is exceptional with staff and services the offer, hotel is clean and breakfast in restaurant is 10+When I booked my room had gotten upgraded to a bigger one room (holdyin please do it again ?)There is a nearby Indonesian halal food restaurant, I really suggest it, try their avacado juice Ps I would thank Gorge the reciprocate with his team, also Arwan if I am not mistaken in the restaurant with his team as wellI suggest you to book a taxi ? back and forth from the airport to the airport again, to save your time and hustle, there are many sites over good price Google them. Advise, holdyin please reduce your prices a bit and continue upgrading me every time ??

You will need a taxi ? to reach different places like mallsThe airport is not really very close, if no traffic maybe you need about 35 minutes, so consider that if you are booking shuttle taxis

The bath and hand towels is not Holiday Inn standard And one more thing there is no magnifier mirror in the bathroom for shaving and in the room there is no tissue papers only one in the bathroom Otherwise all perfect

Clean, comfortable spacious room; friendly, helpful staff. After I checked out I found my flight was cancelled and returned to hotel and was allowed to use the room until noon. I really appreciated that !

No a la carte breakfast

The hospitality and facilities are very good. I like breakfast served, and a variety of food choices. All the staff were very kind and helpful especially Ocna and Bella. Bella helped me with smooth checked-In. Although i arrived very early at 10.30am, she helped with finding an available room to rest early without extra charges. I wasn't expecting that, I totally wanted to just register and leave the luggage behind so that I could go to the nearest mall. But she offered to directly check in the room instead.

Breakfast so good , the enviroment pool , staff very helpfull , friendly and polite .
