Everything is old..the room is bad and smells bad. The furniture is old, the bedding and towels are worn out, and their color is ugly

The Rooms are not clean, the picture of it are really old and not actual anymore. Also the air condition is not really working and the water was not hot just cold. By the breakfast the glasses for water was also not really clean everything full of fluffy stuff, the WiFi was not properly working.
