Park Hyatt Jakarta

It was our second time there. Thank you for a wonderful hospitality. Especially loved the Monas view and the breakfast buffet.

You could hear train horns every now and then, it was a little loud at night. But other than that, none.

Absolutely stunning rooms! Spacious, airy. Great bed!

The bed was slightly too soft for us who prefer orthopedic mattress.

Extraordinary experience in all its facets. Excellent room, view and gym. My wife experienced the best massage so far. There always was a friendly and professional staff member to help. Breakfast was amazing. Hyatt Park Jakarta set a whole new standard for us

The breakfast was complete....staff went out of way to provide items not there....example...Kobe yellow cheese .

Hallways by elevators little dark. No big lobby that's is inviting.

The bedroom is comfortable, breakfast was great. The most attentive service came from the FB team during breakfast.

Towels could be upgraded, seeing it is a luxury property. Explanation for facilities during check in was not too clear, it can be improved.

Excellent breakfast with good menu options, high quality Japanese excellent facilities (swimming pool, steam room, sauna, jacuzzi) but most of all extremely high quality service: staff were excellent, friendly and always able to answer questions and provide good advice.Only two years old. Good views across the city in all directions. Excellent Japanese restaurant and impressive arrangements for Chinese new year's eve.

The hotel was amazing and felt very luxurious, and we had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. We really enjoyed all the facilities the hotel had, including a relaxing swimming pool and decking, and gym. We liked how spacious and comfortable the rooms were, even having a bathtub and a living room area. The service of the staff and porters, especially Alfath, really made our stay more relaxing. We also really enjoyed the variety of options and how delicious the food at the complimentary breakfast buffet was.

We would've liked if the TV had an option for streaming services, e.g. YouTube, but this wasn't a major issue.

Love the room design and amenities they provide.Must try their SPA and high tea lounge- both offering good views and services.Would personally thank the concierge for helping us with many parcel deliveries - Excellent service

Coffee machine in the room not working well.Room and common area (lift area) are too dark.Ordered room service and soup is not hot

Breakfast was outstanding...really superb. One of the best I have enjoyed anywhere.Views fantastic.Staff are excellent.

The dark decor in the lift areas and hallways. Far too dark and gloomy. I couldnt understand why this excellent hotel had this decor. Very strage and quite unnecessary.

Location and you can hear the music from the nightclub next door! ( the hotel does provide earplugs) Had dinner at the Conservatory - online says there was no table for 5 ( so I booked for 4 pax), turned out, we were the ONLY table in the entire restaurant ......

This hotel is simply out of this world. We stayed in a lot of very good hotels in the world, but we think that Park Hyatt Jakarta is the best one we have stayed in. The staff in Park Hyatt has been extremely polite and always super helpful. The food and especially the lavish and super delicious Breakfast buffet was really outstanding. Both gym and Spa area are very well equipped and excellently maintained.

The design of whole hotel including the lobby and the room surprise me! Me and my mum love that shower, bath and toilet are separate as well as two sinks. Every staffs are very polite, kind and hospitable, some are very talkative and funny. We tried almost every facilities at hotel, I gotta say they are can be the top 3 ranking all over the world. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use the gym room but so other fellows can comment about it.

Sound cancellation in the building needs to improve. I couldn't sleep well because of the sound from outside the building.

Wonderful hotel, amazing suite, and great location in central Jakarta, next to Monas.

Everything was amazing..... The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable.... The concierge staff Efan,Kevin,Pegi,Adi were really great and made our tour of the City very special.

The room was very spacious, the view from the room was amazing, you can sky the skyline of Jakarta from there and the windows were quite wide and open which made the view even better .. the staff is amazing and really helpful .. the SPA was amazing as well, the facilities are so new so we could enjoy everything

The breakfast is awesome, full of local specialties and international delicacies. It also has a small menu on each table which includes very interesting food and drinks. The room is also awesome, spacious, clean and nice views, with excellent service.

It is a bit inconvenience as the hotel is at floor 22 and above and there is something else for below. So floor 22/23 are the transit floors which two systems of lifts, one from ground to transit, the other transit to the hotel room/restaurants. This is a bit inconvenient.
