The Grove Suites by Grand Aston

The staff is always really friendly. They always remember me and rooms are comfortable. The beds are awesome. Breakfast is great.

There isn’t much to not like

Nice room and great staff

All was good. Breaky could be better and a better coffee latte

Good location, spacious room, complete amenities. Decent swimming pool. Good choice for family getaway.

Room was a bit smelly from the damp rug in the living room. Breakfast, many choices but quality of food kinda mediocre.

The location of the hotel is superb you are surrounded by mall, eateries, bars, and convenience stores within a short walking distance. The staff are super friendly and hospitable.

The furnitures are quite old and the cleaning service needs enhancement.

Nice hotel with large rooms and access to a market and some small local malls near by. Bed was large and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful, and overall was a good experience.

The hotel is showing its age a little bit, and not really suited for business travel. Its pretty far from where you need to be (though cabs are very cheap) and would have really liked the option for a breakfast that wasn't a mediocre buffet for 22 euros - or at least include it in the price or for a discount for guests. Other business advantages like a business centre, enough hangers in the room, etc were missing

The breakfast buffet, bathroom, and gym

airconditioner.. it's old

staff was very welcoming, location was central

we got this family room whose view was not the best. but staff was good so offset I believe.

That staff was excellent, very accommodating and helpful. Lobby was stylish and clean. Location was great. Check in was perfect. Breakfast was nice.

Our room was old. Not sure if the whole property is like this or just our room. All the doors within our room were dirty and had spots all over then. They needed a really good wipe down. The towels and bedding were clean but other than that, I would say the cleanliness was moderate or less.

Big suite. Very enough space. Bath in the bathroom. View on the city.

Loud conditioning system. Atmosphere. Specific breakfast.

I often stay at this place when in Jakarta, its location and the stability, reliability and quality of the internet are good. The staff is professional and friendly.

The small mall next door is being renovated, reducing the walking distance options for a good meal. Nothing the Groves Suites is responsible for, but a pity nonetheless.

Quality accommodation Tasty food from restaurant

No walk in shower in the bathroom

It's a good location if your business within kuningan area.

I stayed in this hotel for several times over many years. Now I see that the hotel is getting bad while it's getting expensive. The towels are stinky and they don't clean the room well any more. They don't re=new or refill the things until you require. I hope they will get better again...

Breakfast is good, alot of variety.

aircon taking long time to cool down.

It was well positioned and staff was super nice.

The air conditining was super noisy and the towels were super old, color grey.

A very high standard hotel, located in a cental area for other amenities. Excellent choice of breakfast, and a nice touch with the high tea.All staff very polite and nothing too much trouble. My wife loved the pool.

Good service, nice room and friendly staff. Breakfast is great and also the high tea as complimentary.

The view of the room

The room is big and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff. Very Good location.

Very nice and comfortable rooms, breakfast was great with good international choices you don’t want to miss it, staff were very friendly and very helpful .

Everything and especially the happy nature of the reception, restaurant and house cleaning staff
