Pullman Jakarta Indonesia

Great location, near where i needed to be for meetings. Outside of that, Plaza Indonesia with lots of food and shopping, and the eateries in the back street of the hotel is a huge plus

Breakfast buffet is excellent.Amazing variety of food.

1. Shower was not hot for a couple of days 2. Water bottle is hard to open (screw)

The old wing feels and looks old. It needs refurbishing badly.

The rooms are equipped with international power sockets. Wifi was strong throughout - be it in the room, restaurant or lobby. The staffs are very hospitable and always with a smile. The hotel is also conveniently situated near the MRT's exit.

Check in time could have been smoother. Waited almost 2hrs for the room to be ready. I arrived at the hotel closed to 2pm and room were not ready till 4pm. Aircon room temp coukd have been better. I adjust to 16deg but still the room not cold and i am sweating at night. Breakfast spread was awesome. Thanks to Wahyu for trying his best to accomodate my stay here.

Jannah and Chiali (not sure if spelled correctly) were very accommodating. Good spread for breakfast and i hope lunch spread will be different from breakfast

Breakfast and lunch spread were almost the same. There was a stench in the toilet bowl that you can smell once u get inside the bathroom.

Very gooood!!! Clean, friendly staff, food was tasty.

We were at the hotel at 3 PM on Feb 27, 2025 and were made to wait for almost an hour as the room was not ready. On top of it, the gentleman at the reception who asked us to wait disappeared. This is totally unacceptable, especially from a brand like Pullman.They had kept a two door fridge in the room - with nothing in it !!!! I wondered what was the point

The taxi or Grab that came to pick us up had to pay parking fees.

The only thing i like about the hotel is the location you can find the mall near to the hotel you need only to cross the road , and ATM.

The room very small and the room was not that clean when i stay but I didn’t maintion that to resption , you can find the lobby from the picture is very beautiful but the room was not match my satisfaction.

Nice spa (gym and sauna), pool.. and excellent breakfast.

Check in process was terrible. Check in time should be at 15:00, but I got my room at 16:30, no compensation given. This was my 2nd time experience this terrible check-in in this hotel.

The room was tidy, clean and carpeted. Not all hotels have carpeted room. Which this is one of the criteria we choose Pullman.The breakfast was varieties and delicious. The coffee super nice and the f&b staff have offered the coffee to be served, unlike some other places. I can still remember the tasty of french toast and baked bean with tomato sauce.The location are very strategic just opposite grand indonesia mall and other mall just a walking distance away. Opposite MRT station and it is very convenient to go anywhere.
