Hotel Kuretakeso Kemang

The proximity is good, right in the heart of Kemang

I had booked a queen bed room but when i arrived they only had a twin bed room available.

The location was good in sense there are a lot of restaurants, staff is amazing and helpful. The onsen was good and relaxing. they have a 24 hour SPA although i was not able to slot in due to my schedule.

The breakfast had very little vegetarian options for main courses. traffic was a little bad and unpredictable getting in and out due to bottle necks and very small roads around the hotel.

bed was very comfortable. Clean room. When we told staff at breakfast that we were vegetarian, we were offered options and the next day, there were many more vegetarian options on the buffet.

Room service to be open a bit later than 9pm. nearest convenience shop was about 10 min away

Breakfast is quite good

Definetely Overpriced !Disgusting shower head , still alot of black mould, probably too lazy to clean it up

Great location, rather clean and calm

Bathroom was very not comfortable and not super clean

many nearby eateries and cafes. good value for the money

the room lighting could be brighter

Good location, comfortable bed

Room quite small and toilet very small

not recommended

building condition is not very goodthe onsen wasn’t clean and sauna wan’t functioning

public bath

restaurant has a very very slow service (very disappointing), and toilet is old the bidet button was not working well, the bathroom was smelly

Nearby of the hotel got few restaurants. So, it's easy for you to eat.

The room is so small! For the price, I think can get a bigger room at other hotel. Onsen only can be use for 30 min. And also, the operation hour for Onsen is not 24 hours. The bathroom in the room also very small. It's hard to shower because of the small size.

Not great. Orange juice was not nice and Eggs undercooked and some of the warm dishes were left too long . I had diarrhea because of breakfast at the hotel and decided not to repeat again

Restaurant closes too early. No bar for a drink after 9 pm

they have manga corner with plenty tittles, the location is near a lot of food stalls, restos, cafes, clubs

the bathroom smells bad, a bit

the best part of this hotel was definitely the Japanese style onsen. As someone who used to live in Japan, the onsen is something I have been missing the most, and I found comfort in being able to go there despite the borders being shut. However, many of the small details in the hotel was also so comfortingly Japan, whether its in the dining menu, or the layout of the room, or the small bathroom. I loved it. On top of that the area is also close to many interesting places in Kemang.

Although the area is close to many interesting places in Kemang, in the front of the hotel the pathway is not all well made. So it is not always easy to walk around.

Clean room. AC, wifi, hot water; the essentials I needed worked perfectly. Staff were very kind & helpful. I enjoyed the Onsen ♨️ and the Japanese snack booth in the outdoor area—their takoyaki was delicious! Also, I liked that the bathrobe was a nemaki. Overall I’m happy with my stay.

The room wasn’t soundproof enough, I could hear the loud noise from the room next door. It was difficult to park in the basement.

Good place, good location, helpful staffs. The room is clean and comfort

Bathroom is small

room cleanliness

the urinary closet system, not sufficient and enough water refill.

The bathtub inside the room, very clean and thus valuable compared to the room price. This is the best part of the room.Wifi is good, one room gets one router so we got exclusive route to the network. Can also be a good choice for work from hotel.

the tv channel service could have been better, the tv only consisted of a few channels. everything else was OK.

Hotel was clean, simple, and it has a bathtub!

The AC wasn't cool enough, but you can call the technician.

Good service, food was good, stayed on the 5th floor - was quiet enough. Room amenities are great. Enjoyed the bathtub!

Could be cleaner esp. for the bathroom: few stains on walls; visible hair and tissue on shower drain but then cleaned after I requested to.

I like the location , yet there was no cable in the normal room mostly indonesian movie, bed was a bit to small
