The room is not clean at all. The toilet still have hair everywhere, the sink not clean either. The bed sheet also not clean.

Location

Hot water was barely warm enough for a comfortable shower. A lizard was spotted in the room. Elevator was broken down and got repaired in two days caused inconvenience

The location is convenient. Walking distances to few food stall and fruits store and convenient stores.

The bed sheet was not clean. It has dry blood stained. Requested to change the sheet. Disappointed ?The toilet seat was not clean. I can see the droplets water mark.Requested to clean the toilet.Looks like it did not get clean after the previous guest.☹️

This hotel should fire staff name "Gino"

I been staying here for almost a week extending every day and paying. This staff name "Gino" decided to call me and wake me up at 1 am. And had terrible attitude. When i asked him if its ok to call people up at 1 am he keep answering "uh -huh" to everything. Very rude and unacceptable behavior. Stay away from this hotel and stay somewhere where they can treat you with respect.

TERRIBLE STAFF AND SERVICE

1 am call to ask about the payment!!! They call my room waking me up at 1 am!!! To ask about payment. When i asked why they call me 1 am, they not answer and just hang up!!! Rude and incompetent staff with no respect to the guest. Stay away

The family room is wide and spacious which is perfect for family or group fo friend to stay in. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the place needs improvement. Our shower had clogging issue causing water buildup and it was simply due to not cleaning hair at the outlet prior to our stay. Once I informed staff to clean it, no more clogging found. I advise to do this after each checkout instead of waiting guest report. Additionally, housekeeping did not pick up our trash that was clearly trash apart from what was inside the small trash basket they provided. Even if the trash was placed right next to the trash basket.

It was an old karaoke type of hotel.Very poor cleanliness and sanitisation all around the property (lifts…) Specifically as regards the room:Lipstick, dirty marks on pillow linen, towels with marks, long black hair on the floor, some on the bed (I’m bald), I did not dare to check under the bed.

The very spacious bedroom, good AC for the room temperature, comfort blanket & pillows, hot water & water pressure was good. There are many food stalls and seller just outside the hotel. Please try the Bakmi Ayam Bangka (only available in the morning) if you stay in this hotel.

The room has no window at all so i cannot be aware of the situation and weather outside

The property is ok.

There was an error message on payment on booking.com and we tried to get the hotel to reverse the charge. The hotel was completely unhelpful and I paid for an extra two nights on a second booking. The hotel staff were completely unhelpful and choose to treat us as a no show rather than acknowledge the issue. booking.com requested the hotel accommodate but the hotel refused.

Near by market pizza hut waring apotik eazy coming from Airport straight Forward.Staffs help you booking grab where ever you need to go.Good English speakers. Brakefast was very nice variety. ?

My room was moved twice due to Ac not working but they upgraded my room.That was very nice n come.

Staff are friendly, comfy room, location is exactly near to where I need to be. Close to restaurants and mall. Easy to get online transport. Close to toll way to airport.
