The room was disappointing, dirty, outdated, and with an unpleasant smell. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly, as the carpet and even the bed carried a bad odor. There was even a visible stain on the bed frame, which made the room feel even less hygienic. The bathroom was clearly not well-maintained, and overall cleanliness was poor. Amenities were very limited, with no bathrobes provided

Great location. Big room. Modern renovated room.

Laundry needs to be reviewed. Sheets are not clean with stains. Gone thru 4 “cleaned” sheets before finding one that is better. Towels are grey and frayed, not so bright nor white.

I love the architecture of the building and the room was really spacious.

I noticed that somehow not all side of the building was fully repaired and still need to be paid attention by the management. As for the guest room, there was a little thing that needs to be check, especially for the bathroom and the amenities like the towel.The water was always manage to get spilled into the floor while taking a bath. This is something needs to be checked and repaired immediately. As for the towel, I noticed that the towel was not really clean enough and still smells bad. I hope that after this that all of the towels can be wash carefully, clean enough and smells good.

Booked a suite, a big one. First one (1233); overly outdated, nothing like the pictures at all. Lots of things broken, some lights cannot be dimmed, airco broken. After a night; second suite (1033), even worse… airco broken, many things damaged. Only to be “upgraded” after these first nights to a renovated room. Breakfast; poor, very poor. Gym; a joke…. And laundry; got lots of laundry (after 36 hours and asking) from another guest…. Pretending to be a 5 star hotel. It isn’t, by far it isn’t

The staff is not friendly and indifferent and we were late to enter the room because the room was not ready (still in the cleaning process) even though they gave compensation in the form of late check out, but that was useless for me

Nothing for Now

Room is enough big and clean. Breakfast is good for variety.

Hot water in bathroom is yellow. Would not take bath and shower as well. Room is very cold even though switch off AC

In general the staff is polite and the location is decent. The gym facilities is good. I did not try the pool but it looked nice.

The air in the room was very stale. The carpets are stained and the safe in the room did not work. In addition I found baby cockroaches in the room. I reflected that to the staff and the safe wasn’t fixed and I still found baby cockcroaches.

Staff provided balloons and a birthday cake which was a lovely surprise. Friendly staff and great view from our room.

There was a strong smell of paint/lacquer on the entire floor of our room and especially in the room - it must have been coming through the ventilation - gave a massive headache the next morning. Also the nightclub onsite didn’t allow entry due to wearing open toe flat sandals, even though they are smart! Come on this is 2024 not everyone wants to wear high heels!

Nothing. This hotel is very poor. Management is very poor. The service is worst than a 2-3 star hotel.Pool is the only one that decent.

The check in process was disaster. We arrived 1.30PM, registered in the reception. They told us to wait until the 3pm which is the standard check in time because the room was not ready. They promised to call/inform us when our room is ready. We waited until 3.15pm. no calls in. The kids already screaming, eager to get inside the room. I went back to the receptionist, there are 10-15 guests are in queue. when it comes to my turn, they keep told me that my room is not ready and told me to wait for another 30-45 mins. I insisted them to give me a solution with high voice and 10 mins later, the room is finally ready.When we entered the room, the smell of the room has damp smell. The floor carpet is very dirty makes all of us cough all night. The aircon is leaking water to the carpet creating a more damp smell. And finally our bad experience comes into the finale where the water heater is not worknig at all. Neither in the bathtub and the shower.I will not, definitely not coming back here.

Great location, spacious room, so many compartments, clean, nice smell of linen and towels.Check in was smooth and they allowed me to check out at 1pm. Great hospitality of the staff. There's Blue Bird taxi stand by at the hotel.The lift has seat, it is somewhat useful when i feel so tired after a long day and dont feel like standing. All in all, i had an excellent 3 night stay.

Lighting in the Classy King Studio is not comfortable for the people who intended to work

The property, including the renovated rooms, have terrible mold and ventilation problems. I had to leave early because I couldn’t breathe in my room
