Location
I got the room without freezer and no chair .
I like the location right in the center easy to go around not need to take taxi , not to far from the airport , but room is a bit small. If i go there next times like to bigger room , hope that i will stay there again thanks.
In side the room the toilet Hand and face washwas outside it should be in the room. Next time maybe i can have a better toilet otherwise every thing else it good.
Love the room and the views and delicious breakfast
Not soundproof in the room
Great location, good size room, quiet and comfort place for short stay.
Good location! Very near public transport, direct train to and from Soekarno airport.Very spacious room with good views!Staff were friendly and helpful with smiling face.Very safe environment with many street food around, and a good coffee shop. Highly recommended, and we shall be back!
Very decent breakfast, not much choices for our 21 days of stay. But chef Avid was very helpful! Overall it’s ok.
Location is so strategic. Near every transport available in jakarta you name. Provided with high speed internet. Really nice food. Yeah, 5 star no drama.
I dont have any complaint.
The location of the place
The bathroom is too open, and there is no privacy .. also the bathroom door is a glass door which I find very uncomfortable. To conclude, the hotel is at a strategic location, but the privacy of the guests staying is very much lacking.
Strategic location, walking distance to Sudirman Train Station/MRT & Grand Indonesia.
Mattress seems too old (very soft) & uncomfortable, create back pain. Toilet is not separated from the bed. Shower is not working properly.
Best value in the area. Great location in central Jakarta, within walking distance of so many things...
Rooftop terrace was closed for renovations. I was not told in advance.
Location
Rooftop closed dou to "renovation" , second time in less than 2 years with the same history. No advice on the website about this closure of the Rooftop. Strong unpleasant smell on the hallway . No hand towels , no laundry bag . Reservation for 2 guests, only one pair of sandals, only one key card . I have stayed 4 times in this hotel , this time would be my last stay in this hotel.
the staff welcome and service were exelant >
I did not like the atmosphere of the club lounge, it was dark and the chairs were not comfortable>
The vibes the location the city view
Might b time to repaint or refurnish the furnitures
Decent size room, clean hotel, friendly staff Decent breakfast options Great location - near public transport options, and near CBD
Everything was fine
Convenient location for rail link to the airport and LRT to Halim for the Whoosh train to Bandung.
Disappointed that the rooftop restaurant area was closed for renovations.
The breakfast was so good. I love it!The staff was very friendly and helpful. I lost my hotel key, and they assured me that it was okay if I just paid the fine, and they also helped me when I couldn't get rid of my wristband. The room service is very fast and convenient! They also provided self-service mineral water outside of the room in the hallway for us to refill our drinks.
The bidet at the toilet, i was expecting that there will be a pipe, huhu, thats allThe road traffic will be very bad during the weekend as the area is near the town center.
