Swiss-Belinn Simatupang

Food arrangement and selection are good; toaster was problematic when I used it, turned out to be mis-positioned (facing backward and problem of electricity connection); I called staff three times;

refer my point above

Location is 1 thing, the room is spacy and the view is good, clean & good bed as well.

Comfortable bed, television worked well, clean room.

There are only 2 coffee and 2 tea bags.

Overall stay was good!! Staff members were friendly and good service!! Rooms are clean ! Located near to super market and food court so its a plus point!

Laundry is little high on priceMay be more variety of continental for breakfast

A reasonably priced hotel in a less-than-ideal location. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds.

Hotel is located on a busy highway in the middle of nowhere. You need to call a taxi anytime you wish to travel anywhere. Swimming pool is very small and is always occupied by groups of men smoking ciharettes as this is the smoking area. Not ideal!

I was very pleased with the room, the breakfast and the service. Thankyou.

Good location..

Variety of breakfast is average and not have tests and cleaning service not done until 3pm..Room service is to expensive just for small glass juices..

Cleanliness ,

Service was bad , reception not responding , reception lethargic ,non responsive and not up to the mark

Great staff and customer service. A comfy stay overall. Very safe.

The dirty curtains. The pee infused shower. Dirty shower head.

The staff were all very kind and allowed us to view a room prior to paying and booking. The reason for this was due to the first hotel booking literally being a scam entity and stealing our money. It was 12am and we were in a foreign country and city trying to find appropriate accommodations. This hotel came through for us and without complaint!

The bathroom shower reaked of urine as if previous guests used it as a urinal and the shower head appeared to have not been cleaned in at least a year. The hotel staff did come in and thoroughly clean it for us when we requested them to do so. The curtains were very dirty.

The lobby was elegant.

Rhe size of tje room was too small to.make some.mobements. The staff were not ourteous enough. There were not much choices in breakfast buffet. We need to deposit an ID to have an extra key.

The hotel is located closed to MRT station which is one of the benefits.

Since it's located in the front of the busy traffic, sometimes it'd be a bit noisy from the outside and it might be annoying.

We recently stayed at this nice hotel and had an excellent experience! The staff, especially Abdullah, Akbar, Tashia, and Anisa, were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The facilities were great, and we particularly enjoyed the comfortable rooms. There is a medium size mall next to the hotel. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. Highly recommended!

Nice Hotel, very friendly stuff, I asked for a few things and they all started to helping me. Good location, close to Time square mall of Jakarta. You get value for affordable price, Good breakfast and restaurant.

The hotel is clean, close to a shopping qmall and there was always a taxi standby. Staff is very friendly and the look of the hotel looks great!

The elevator took a lot from my time because he was always full or took a long time until he was at the 15th floor.

The staffs are helpful and accomodating. Easy check in and check out.

Room is standard, but it is different from the pictures. No carpet, no small pillow. Bidet was not working properly. Shower lever was broken, they did not fix, although it is still functioning with a little bit of effort.

Front desk staff was not at all cooperative. Nor etiquette to hand e a guest arriving at 3 am in the morning. He insisted for payment y which is ok but their own card machine was not working.

Very inefficient staff and very uncourteous

Location is good, close to airport.

pillowcase is a bit dirty

The place was good in location for our team and we valued the Cleanliness of the place and the Good Breakfast

It would help to get a BETTER COFFEE MACHINE.

Good location, my daughter so excited she can see MRT from the room. Room is good and clean
