The hospitality and the food at the restaurant. They renovate the room and makes the hotel more modern, not like old hotel anymore

Ok, here is one weakness and negative side of this hotel.At night, the sound of motorcycles and cars from the street are really loud in the room and really annoying.My best suggestion is you can add double windows for the windows that face the street. I saw that you still renovating the hotel. Adding extra glass (double windows) really help with the sound.Please consider it.

Wide variety of ethnicities style of foods.Although they missed the point on their interpretation of Baked Beans - which they served cold.Bacon wasn't an option.

The renovations, which on 1 night continued up to 9:30pm with jackhammer.The Room on reentering had a foul smell which I would call organic fertilizer (Manure), possibly in the Air-conditioner vents.Air-conditioner didn't stay on the temperature we put into the controller.To access the pool you had to walk through the main Foyer - Not smart especially after swimming and wet bathers - could cause a slips Hazard for others.

Everything was great

Two days I had to pay 150$!!! per night. That discouraged me. And first week the pool was not available. The rest is good

Having Sop Buntut on ur breakfast menu is definitely a good selling point as not many (I've never known of any) hotels offer SB on their breakfast buffet menu. My client who stayed at sari pacific with me in my previous trip was also pleasantly surprised and commented that it's a really good thing that you guys did by serving tat.

Generally most things were of quality standard. May I pls suggest:- Where the egg station is.- In front of the egg station there are 2 dishes - one with sausage the other with another dish- These 2 trays are placed in a precarious spot.- If the guests open the covers of any of those dishes too fast or hard, it will one day shatter the glass of the egg station.- I notice there is already a crack on the glass above the left dish tray.Thank you ?

I book a club room for more privacy. I didn’t expect the breakfast not on tne club lounge, this is my first experience on 5 star hotel the breakfast is not on lounge for club room

Location is good. Very good. Room is very big. You won't be able to find this kind of room size at new hotel.

Need more renovation. The bed sheet is so old. Although carpet and wallpaper is new. But got this old smell.

I liked the atmosfere. I liked the deli. Everything worked. Personally I do not like all the gadgets and that you need to do everything via yhd screen and remote control as it takes time to figure out how it works. But it did work properly. Nice and accomodating staff.

It was good and clean and well presented in all aspects.

The A/C did not work as good as it should and the supper right security was a nuisance everytime I entered the hotel via a vehicle or in person.

The size and cleanliness of the room and the location of the hotel.

I think they really have to improve their service and hospitality. They are extremely slow and they are not providing a 5-star hotel service..

Location and staff are good

The Pacific Lounge doesn't work for breakfast. The breakfast buffet is bland and unoriginal.

I was upgraded to a spacious suite room and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast provided was a good spread with several stations of food to choose from. Receptionists at hotel were friendly and provide immediate attention.

Although the room was spacious, it was a little rundown, one could see that the cupboards were old and the table legs were wobbly and I was worried the table might give way. The power points were old and there was no USB outlet. The hotel was undergoing renovation works and the room looked like it had undergone new coat of paint so not sure if that means the room would not be further improved or the paint work was just temporary? Because the room definitely needs some more improvement works to be done.

Excellent service and special praise accorded to Front Office Agents - Ms Ria and Mr Pintoro for their care and personalized service. They are very professional, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. Keep it up!

Phone rings intermittently, despite request for change. Digital clock not updated. Room Service QR Menus not up-dated.

I had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very friendly.What stood out for me was the kitchen staff. I queried for vegetarian options before my breakfast. I had to settle down with the choices available. The chef mentioned she will prepare something for me. To my surprise, I received three course of amazing vegetarian dishes! They even catered separate vegetarian breakfast items for the rest of my stay, without me asking for it.

The gym is not spacious. It wasn't easy navigating along the space while working out.

there are so many noise....... my room is on side of street. so due to motocycle's noise, I could not sleep.

The facilities and the hygiene

The location is close to Sarinah shopping centre and sabang street food. These are walkable.

The hotel is still under renovation in some area & the check in process was not good, the receptionist was not give room as per my booking confirmation ( a room with bathtub )with the reason that all rooms are fully booked & based on avaibility, but she could not debat it again when I showed her my email confirmation from hotel that i'll get bathtub in my room. I appreciate Mr.Edbert who is very humble to ask if there is any comment in regard of breakfast meal & if there is anything that he can help.
