The hotel refuses to produce invoice and I cannot claim my expense. I have requested several times via booking and whatsapp. The stay is irrelevant givent the incapacity to follow the applicable laws in Indonesia.

The area nice and clean

The lift only one and small for this size hotel-

Location was Amazing right in fromt of Blok M. All the shopping you can do, jewellery shops, Dinner markets and Breakfast market everyday and night. Amazing food and cheap prices.

No Fridge in the Room and they couldnt get our 2 rooms next to each other

Good location, close to transport hub and shopping centre.

Front desk unhelpful in getting taxi, informed me that I had to use one taxi company which was very expensive. I arranged my own taxi at lower price. Hotel staff should support guests not try to scam them.

Great Hotel with excellent staff. modern look with excellent big LED TV. large bathroom.

Room not soundproof enough. the surrounding hotel area seems off and dodgy especially during the night. little bit on pricey range.

It's not easy to open the door.The hallway outside the room is noisy.The breakfast is not good and the restaurant is dull.

Pillow too big and fat so it is very uncomfortable to sleep.No tissues,bottle water provided.Breakfast was not that good.As expected.

Located in commercial district. Lot of nice restaurants at walking distance. Staff was polite and helpful.

I could not answer any of the bonus questions you asked me, the Fave Block M is outdated in an area completely out dated. The streets are no more there; at least none are good all are broken down. The Carrefour Shop left, 50% of the shops are closed the Top Malls of indonesia only have very outdated Muslim specialised clothings for the Medina and Mecca trips in the basement. From the typical food court in Pasar Raya Mall 80% was closed and not due to Covid. It is an area which was once superb thats why I went back over the last 15 years over and over again, but Jakarta is not maintaining this Blok-M neighbourhood well. So sad and bad that I have to give it a low score. The staff and people were very friendly except the check in at breakfast they were friendly but confused each day with my hotel room card and invoice.Bed linnen smelled to sweat of other persons as well inside the matrassen and pillows. Opening the bed there was 2 days the same old blood spot. I have seen sad things on the street and hope this was not an entertainment room in the rooms of Fave Hotel, as I am scared to dead of small bacteria and animals then in the matras. Sorry Booking.com, this hotel had its best days behind today. But needless to say the staff was ever so nice and friendly!!!!!Coming back to the Breakfast it was not inclusief although you offered all accommodation with breakfast as Genius member. I paid additional breakfast by Credit Card, and had to go to an restaurant elsewhere in the street not far 3 houses away. Each morning they looked at me like I was not okay, I paid the breakfast, showed them my hotel-card and number and they refused me each morning as I was not approved to have breakfast, even if I had an copy of an handwritten invoice of the reception. It is so sad that they had to call the reception call to give me food. The quality of the food was okay, but I am not an homeless who has to ask for breakfast, here I had to. This can be improved please.

The smell of the pillows and matrassen, the wet floor behind the toilet in bathroom which I only dated to use with my plastic flip flops....

Noisy room, poor choice + not clean restaurant for breakfast

Close to Blok M Square, MRT and Blok M Plaza, and street food available outside the hotel at night.. The hotel looks nicely decorated. Felt comfortable enough in the room. The breakfast was okay.

No mini-bar in the room. No views from the room.

Good location, close to shopping, restaurants and near transport hubs so easy access., very good value for the price charged.

Had breakfast two mornings not knowing breakfast was not included in my room rate, staff got very excited and even came to my room looking for payment. At checkin staff should inform guest what is contained in their reservation rate. Apart from that one incident my experience was great!!

Breakfast is ok but not much variation to simple Fot example no juices,no cakes and fruits

It should be better breakfast and you shuold see how other hotels giving service and the menu they given every morning

it's okay for one night.

the (1st) floor including the room was a little smelly, "sewerlike". No soap/shampoo. A little noisy.

Masker is a MUST and your property not gave extra mask to their customers that is weird. i expecting even its budget hotel atlease provide mask to your guest yaa
