Location was near where we needed to be. There was plenty of food and convenience stores.
The hotel was being renovated. As per the rules stated, I warned the hotel that I'd be arriving late. The staff were still caught unawares and they gave the room I booked to someone else. Thye tried to get me to pay more for another room instead. I had to insist that I wasn't in the wrong and used the booking.com app to show the messages.

I got the positive result of covid 19 after check in on this hotel, please make sure to clean and sanitize the room. There is no staf in the lobby, so it makes me confused how to check in.
