the cleanliness is below expectation, i address the complaint to the manager already.

Staff were kind but outside of that it was the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed at.

The room was old which was ok, after tours we finally lifted the sheets to find blood and obvious stains everywhere. At midnight we had to pack and move to a new room which was cockroach infested, hair was all over the bathroom floor and the sheets stained yet again. We requested a refund which still hasn’t been processed.

The hotel is in central Jakarta with everything just a short walk or a cheap taxi ride away

The room was very dirty. Including the towels which felt like they hadn’t been cleaned ever.

The staffs were attentive and pleasent. Location is great! Free flow of drinking water at the corridor ??

The towels provided smelt really bad across 3 nights I stayed there eventhough it has been changed everyday. The shower drain was not cleaned properly leaving bad smell at the toilet. The photos are not as new as it seems and its a bit rundown. The corridor have this bad smell also.

The Alfamart in the building sells chicken not cooked well. It made me sick.

Ibis Cikini lived up to expectations. Good value for the money considering the location. Plenty of restaurants and markets nearby.

Wifi on the 7th floor was not good. I used my 5G connection.

The location is strategic near to major attractions.The price is good as per location.Hot water was coming.

Bedsheets are not clean. There was no soap available.Continuously there was a strange sound coming from bathroom pipes which were disturbing your comfort.

1) Location - Because there is a convenience store right next to the reception area and a money exchange place right at the entrance, the location is very convenient.2) Staff - the staff are really helpful. As we didn't bring the adaptor for the plugs in Indonesia, we were asking where to buy it and the staff from the reception kindly borrowed it with a smile. Moreover, one time as we came back from outside with a taxi, we didn't have any change, and we were asking the taxi driver to wait for a while while we go buy something. But, the security of the hotel overheard the conversation and gladly exchanged his bills for us. The staff who greeted us before we enter the breakfast room was full of smiles as well. Overall, the staff are really helpful and kind here. 3) The view - the view from the room is also spectacular, especially the night. You cna oversee the nearby swimming pool in daytime, but during the night time, the surrounding buildings are like a beautiful painting with yellow and orange lights.

1) Room Cleaning - I'm not sure how the procedure works here, but during our stay, our room wasn't cleaned not even once. I didn't think I need to inform the staff, so we were stuck with the same unclean room for five days. 2)Bathroom - It is quite small and I saw a cockroach one time while using it. 3) Breakfast - it's not worth the price to be honest. The food are quite cold and the options are basically like two to three, so if they can improve these aspects, it will be acceptable.

The location

Dirty, full of cockroaches, no toilet paper, lights are not working, bed sheets are stained, air conditioning is ultra loud.

Great location, especially when going on the bus the next day. Rooms were basic, beds were comfortable.

Bed and cover need to change or improve. The hed cover is very old.

I liked the location of this place and the price was very good. But if I could go back I would spend a bit more and find a cleaner place.

It was dirty, they didn't change the sheets, there was lips stick and someone else hairs in the bed.

The staff of the night shift was helpful and nice. The location of the hotel is good considering you don’t have to go far if you need restaurants and bank services

The room was not clean. The pillows were smelly and the sheets were yellowish. I wouldn’t go back.

Near the center of the city

Bed sheet not clean, the window shade very dirty, they don't even have tooth brush. The front office officers rejected my explanation, that I had paid via credit card, they rejected the proof of payment receipt that had been sent by booking.com to my e-mail, and they even asked us to repay the room bill in cash. The front office desk was very bad serving guests, especially when we arrived at 12 o'clock at night.

This was a booking to accommodate our layover in Jakarta — so I didn’t expect much and I wasn’t disappointed. The place is just run down. The staff was good and they were trying, but unfortunately the hotel has just seen much better days. I have stayed in a lot of Ibis hotels in Europe and knew they had a formula… they are simple rooms, with simple amenities but they are usually very clean. This hotel just wasn’t clean. I’m sorry.

The location is excellent. Endless options for local food. A large pool behind the hotel. Post office, shops, train station all in walking distance…

I think the maintenance of the hotel interior suffered a bit since Covid…

The Location. Near places to eat and mall not too far away. The staff were polite and helpful.

The rooms need redecorated. The carpet in the hall is old and ripped.
