Everything worked, staff very accomodating and a good gym and pool

The room air conditioners need to be cleaned, updated, overhauled. There are indications (my sinuses) of mold spores.

Great Location, AC was always turned on without needing the key. In fact, once you enter the room you dont need to put the key into any type of slot which is nice. Everything just works.Staff were kind and courteous to us.

The shower. Absolutely horrible. zero water pressure. It took 5 minutes (not exaggerating) for the water to get hot. Maybe my rooms shower just sucked (Room 1620). Also, there wasn't any good spots to hang up my loofah in the shower.There are 3 elevators but they did seem to take awhile to arrive when trying to go up or down. There are 17 floors so maybe thats why, not sure. Also, needing to use a key to go up sucks. I understand the security concern but I prefer ordering GoJek directly to my room.

I had a wonderful stay at Aryaduta Menteng in Jakarta. The rooms were incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean, offering a very comfortable environment. What impressed me the most was the exceptional value for money — the per-night rate was incredibly reasonable considering the high standard of the hotel and its strategic location in the city. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.The breakfast spread was truly fantastic, with a wide variety of options catering to all tastes, including plenty of authentic Indonesian dishes that gave a real sense of the local cuisine.I would definitely consider staying here again the next time I return to Jakarta!

A minor point of improvement would be to ensure closer attention to preventing mold in the toilets, but beyond that, everything was perfect.

Staff was always smiling and welcoming! The breakfast had a wide variety of items to fit different tastes and cuisine. Would have loved more bread variety but overall, it was great! The hotel was close to most attractions but there isn't much to do right around it.

I didn't like the fact that there were no small face and hand towels in the room. Other than that, all was great!

I believe I booked it with BF but last minute I was told I will not have it, so I skipped.

No clear communication if BF is included or not in booking e mail.

Pool size was good but on weekend it turns into foasco but They have open whirlpool and if is nice to soak.

BATHROOM need a major upgrade and furnjshing in room feels like I am back in retro of 90's hotel.
