all of the staffs were really helpful n friendly. They always gave their best service to all of the guests especially even when I asked to be able to do the early check in since we arrived there around 4am. Thanks for your hospitality

The location is just right in the business distirc. Walking distance to several business places and food options.

There was a cockroach in the room. Road sound easily heard in the room.

The breakfast was good, delicious and clean

Its too noisy. We (me and my family) cant sleep well because of the noises from outside (street).

Location. Close to shopping malls

Facilities, cleanliness. The bathroom was old/ rusty, Airco leaked and the window was also broken while I got the room with the view to the street. I couldn't sleep the whole night because of the noise. The next day they moved me to the "better" one. Which was almost the same as the first one, plus I found extra hairs on the floor. Will definitely not come back!

Good location. Near to the VFS office (visa) and shopping center.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to reschedule the date and send more than four emails, but NONE responded! BAD PAYMENT SYSTEM. I booked for my colleagues from another country with a prepayment system - means that I already paid before they arrived. But when they came, the hotel said they needed to pay in cash or by physical credit card. What the heck??! So annoying and unprofessional. Booking.com tried several times to talk with them but had no luck.

I got a room directly on the Main Street, so I heard the vehicles all night long. It was so loud, so I couldnt sleep well !! The bathroom is very small and the shower cabin/ceramic was molded. The bath mat was very very dirty .. its time to change !!

breakfast is too ordinary, smoking smells inside the resto. cleanliness in the room especially bed.

No cupboard and the bathroom is too small.

I requested for an extend at the same facilities and they are very accommodating and willing to give me the same room.I also ask for a non smoking room and indeed the room smells nothing like cigarettes smoke. It was very fresh.

The first morning after my stay, there are little incidents in the toasters that was creating a smoke and triggering the smoke alarm. After, we can't toast our bread since the machine broke. I hope they can provide better machine.

Aircon, toilet facilities hot cold water, liquid soap and shampoo, TV, door lock, all working. Counter staff and bell staff friendly. Breakfast good and tasty fillings.

The white towels look drab and need to be replaced. Power point sockets change them all international three pin rectangular pins on both sides of the beds.
