Staff very helpful - Thanx miss RaniA mall that is very near can be reached walking

The hotel was in a good location in South Jakarta with easy access to airport Toll road and local shopping centers. Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable and good breakfast buffet as part of the room cost.

Room was a little noisy with music stage right outside the window. Room showed some wear and tear with damage to walls from water leaks and furniture scrapes. Bathroom lighting was a little dark and not enough hangers for towels.

Location

We had prolonged checked in time. I wrote my estimated time of arrival. Instead of having early check in, we had a very late check in time due to the room is not ready to check in. We checked in at 4 PM !!!!

Less privacy. Once or twice everyday during my stay I got calls from the reception even in the morning.

Decent location

It’s dirty. The toilet bowl seemed like it’s never been scrubbed. There’s a ring stain on the water level, the stain that appears when it’s not been scrubbed for a long time. And the coffee mug wasn’t even washed from the previous guest as it still had the dried coffee stain when someone had a sip out of it. So disgusting..

breakfast was a good mixture of Asian and Western food. Location was convenient for us to meet our friends in Jakarta.

the drinks in the open-air rooftop bar were VERY EXPENSIVE.

Next to highways n toll roads. A bit noisy.

Almost everything especially the swimming pool.The staffs were very friendly, kind and helpful. The location of the hotel is super because it's very near to the bus way station and to the malls, restaurants etc.

A perfectly fine option close to restaurants, cafes and Pondok Indah Mall. Highly recommended!

The room that we got very noisy with traffic all night.Front room should have double glass to block the noise.You'll be still tired when you don't have a good sleep.

Location on an strategic area. Easy to find food, can walk from hotel.

All the staff including satpam are very humble and helpful. The room spacious and cosy.

The hotel needs a more comfortable lobby seating area

The beds were comfortable. The hot water in the shower was plentiful. The internet was stable. The tv options were good. The a/c worked well and the view was nice from the 8th floor.

The lighting was not bright enough in the room and bathroom. The first elevator was difficult to push the G (ground) button. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options but it was just average food.
