We were unable to check in even at 6:00 pm! We were informed that the room was not ready and were offered complimentary drinks, but we still had to wait until nearly 7:00 pm. This was not professional at all.Additionally, when my friend came to visit me by car, the staff claimed that a car was registered to my room—even though I did not have a car. I choose hotels based on brand reputation and star ratings specifically to avoid this kind of inconvenience. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet those expectations. I will not choose this hotel again.

Very dusty.. woke up with clump of dust on the bed and in the bathroom that came from the ac.. I had flu after the stay

Excellent hospitality by the staff. Spacious and clean room. Really liked the area to place luggages so that we can open it without having to place it on the floor. Great Bundaran HI view.

I booked the twin room, but the bed is very small, only 80 cm, too small, when I slept I nearly fell sometimes so I could not sleep well

Beautiful and clean, very fair priced. The food was was also very good.

WiFi was in and out and the tv casting from my iPhone wouldn’t work. Additionally, the staff was very polite but a little persistent. For example, I would get 2 phone calls to my room and a couple knocks on my door a day asking me if I needed anything. All though it was well intended , it was annoying at times when I just wanted to relax.

Staff were friendly and helpful, location is convenient for shopping, restaurants and coffee shops where Indonesia Plaza is walking distance from inside hotel also Grand Indonesia shopping is minutes walk.

All were excellent, nothing I didn’t like.

I love the breakfast, so many choices, my kids love the sausage and I like the pretzel croissant. I don't think I could find other store inovating pretzel croissant. I am thinking if I stay there again would I find it again in the buffet menu? As for the room, I booked the family room, it can fit 2Adult and 3 children and quite spacious even with the sofabed. As for the bathroom the floor is bit slippery in the bathroom, but they already prepared some floor mat so you should use it.

Ambiance & location are excellent. But friendliness and efficiency of all staff are fantastic.

Very good location. Easy to get around town with the SilverBird which has a station at the hotel. Easy access to the malls in the vicinity.

An experience that will not be repeated Because of the noise of tanks in the morning at 1:30 I woke up, and the sound of the loudspeaker in the marathon in the morning was very annoying, and I couldn't sleep.

Perfect for shopping, during your stay , you'll get helpful, kindness, smiling staff everywhere in the hotel

Location in the center of the city. The best breakfast of the world available with great helping Staff. The restaurant next to the swimming pool is very nice.

The Airco is sometimes the limit (too cold). I mean the general airco in the entrance hall.

We paid for a room with a view, a more expensive one, but the windows were so dirty that we didn't get any impressions.

Breckie was a bit basic for food, the juices and jamu are good. Roti is good.

Perfect location, if you don’t use cars to go out from the hotel.

If we use cars, it takes longer time to come back to Bundaran HI as we need to go round the Plaza Indonesia

It was very good. I can see myself taking my family there again. Breakfast provided was great.

I requested for extra pillow & blanket when i checked in (family room). I didnt get it. Hours later i had to call to ask it again.
