The location was perfect, in terms of being walking distance from Blok M and public transit.

The noise level, all through the night, sometimes had us questioning if the window was shut. The train wasn’t even the bad part, the vehicles driving were exceptionally loud.

The location was good, all the staff so kind and very nice. The ambience is great.

The bed lil' bit uncomfortable. The design interior needs to repair. But it was clean.

UNSATISFIED TOTALLY

Sound isolation was 0 and feeling like sleeping outside especially being located on the route. Bug in the room.I forgot the my phone and the staff made a HARD RESET in order to steal it.On the same street, with the same prices we found a great hotel with sound isolation, security lock doors and included breakfast.Strongly don't recommend the place.

Good location, affordable, did its job

The cleaniness was overall okay, but the showerheads were extremely crummy and there was black mold in the corner.

its nears to Blok M.

we are two ladies stay for 3 nights.The bed cover have stains even after i ask house keeping to change it..after also have yellowish stains.the keetle have stains.the toilet is not clean,have water or soap marks on the glass,toilet bowl not clean enough,the drains are block and the waters pools on the shower floor.only a little water comes out during shower.have to wait up until the water warm.my parcel that comes in the morning that day when missing,even i ask the receptionist and show the delivery picture from the gojek, they said i already took it,but i didnt.we have bought a lot of ladies handbag.around 50+ when we got home then we have realize that 3 of our handbag are missing.we suspect the house keeping that clean the room everyday.nothing we can do to claim anything.a lot of parcels and our shopping things are inside the rooms.

The hotel is in a very convenient location walking distance from Blok M space and several malls.

The room was not very clean. There was significant mold on the ceiling of the shower, and everything smelled like cigarettes. When we asked to move to a non-smoking room we were told that all the rooms are "flex rooms". The room looks over the MRT and trains were passing at window level through the night, also with a very busy road, so it was quite loud.

The staff understands

The front street rooms are very noisy, impossible to sleep, once’s I have been moved to the back side rooms , the noise was ok but the room was dirty with stained sheets and some cockroaches wondering around.

Close proximity to city

Too noisy until 3 am morning with traffic. Suggest to some kind acoustic solution to be install

The noise from the main streets are just too much to handle, it was very loud and the room wasn't with the sound proof

Location, staff! So helpful and friendly. They helped for everything I needed. The room are nice and big enough and the same for the shower.Just next to blok m for all your shopping. And brt station at like 150 meter. Also plenty of street food even at midnight. The bed are comfy and wifi is strong.

The towel could be change as well as some of the bedding. Not dirty just a bit old.

Bad stay in F Hotel

The tenants make too much noiseI complained many times butHotel management cannot take action on it

Generally was OK, except the room was not a soundproof room.... next, change the room location

The room I stayed in was facing the main road..... couldn't work and slept quietly because the sound of the traffic was so loud, the room was not soundproof...... next stay, I prefer a room facing the backyard.

Almost perfect location, situated in Block M. Good reception and polite staff.

Walking distance to mrt blok m & plaza blok m. Stay here for smtown concert at GBK. Near to the venue. Staff soo nice & helpful. For coffee lover, there are many cafe around the hotel. One near to plaza blok m very good ?. Also many sate stall around the hotel. Indomaret just walking distance. Very near. Location very good ?

Got room facing the main road. Very noisy at night but its okay

Nothing, barely passable place to sleep.

Old outdated hotel seriously needs a do-over. Walls marked and damaged. Poor maintenance attempts let it down. AC not on in the hallways, conserving power hot and no airflow. Decor 40 years out of date and tacky.

The staffs were very helpful,friendly and accommodating to all of our requests. We enjoyed our stay there and the place is really close by to the MRT station, coffee shops and eatery places. Thank you again for the experience!

The location was great! Near to foods attraction at Blok M.The bed & pillows were awesome!The service from the staff!

The toilet should be cleaner & I wish the water pressure could be better.
