Great value. Pretty facilities. Friendly staff. Awesome shower.

Helpful staff. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The gym at the pool level was adequately equipped and provided a good option to kill time. The food at the restaurant was decent with a wide spread for breakfast.

The roads leading to the hotel was really narrow. Taking a walk at the surroundings was a challenge due to the close proximity with vehicles. Might be better to stay indoors at the pool or gym

The fact that they have a free of charge self service washing machine and dryer machine also iron and iron table.The check in was smooth, they’re very helpful, the breakfast was also tasty.

We supposed to check out on 10th of October but due to our flight was on 9th, we requested that our breakfast of that day to be able to be used for lunch or so on 9th.But the restaurant does not serve lunch and we can’t eat dinner due to the flight schedule so there’s no other choices but to waived it. The staffs didn’t seems don’t care at all as he didn’t bother to suggest a way out to us. It’s a shame.

Clean and pretty quiet room with a view to skyscrapers. I was comfortable working remotely from here. The staff was nice, and the local gym with restaurants is pretty, although the gym needs a bit of renewal.The location is near lots of shopping malls and 20 minutes from the city center by taxi.

The overall room was clean, but the bathroom needed a bit of freshness. The room was pretty dark because of a lack of lightning. It is possible to work from here, but your eyes may get tired.There were also some small ants, especially if you left something sweet on the table.

The property was clean, well maintained, and what I like most is quiet. The staff were friendly throughout the stay. I also appreciated the comfortable bed.

No Netflix and TV channels are boring. It would be nice if the room had an option to access Netflix or other streaming services, as well as washing machine .

I found it to be the best accommodation option, whether for a short stay or a longer term. Good location, staff hospitality and affordable price.

I traveled to Jakarta for a week for work, and found that Ayaka Suites met all my needs for a business trip. The hotel was located in a convenient location near many malls and cafés, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was decent. The room has all the amenities one needs, though they can be a little old. The hotel also has a gym, spa, swimming pool, and a rooftop terrace with excellent view of the Jakarta city skyline. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Ayaka and will definitely consider staying here again in the future.

The room would be a little small for two people, though I was on my own so it isn't a problem.

I really enjoyed the room: spacious, full of light, with decent beds and fresh sheets, the air condition functioned just right and the view out of the window was marvellous. The cleaning was every day, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The building of the hotel is nice and accurate, to me it actually looked quite fresh and very clean. I have not seen a single insect in the building, not even mosquitos or flies, which was also very good. To me it seemed like a superb value for money.

The breakfast would be better if it had more options, usual for classical breakfast: more eggs, porridge, yogurt - things like that. For me it was quite unusual to start the day with pasta, noodles, variations of curry and some local dishes, which are completely unknown to me. Though I appreciate new things, it would be good to have options.The swimming pool is really small and it is just in front of the restaurant, so it is not entirely comfortable to swim and relax there while being surrounded by a lot of people having a meal. The swimming pool is a nice addition to the hotel's infrastructure, but if you are specifically looking for a hotel with a swimming pool maybe this is not the best choice then.The shower is fixed on the wall and the glass door shielding it from the rest of the bathroom is way too short. It is possible to have a shower without flooding everything around, but it requires some effort.

The rooms were clean but somewhat dated. In our room, there was a small section of uneven flooring and the toilet cleanliness was not the best. Closest mall requires alot of walking and we'd rather take a grab, but we were aware of this before booking. It was an okay stay for 1 night.

The staff were extremely welcoming and kind! The cleaners did a very good job of tidying up the room

The shower head was gross and i felt the bathroom was just a little dusty.

Staff at reception extremely nice and helpful. We booked here twice: at the beginning of our holiday and at the end. Very clean, good food at the restaurant, close to shopping centers and with nice views from the window.

Nice and respectful people. The breakfast was delicious, and location was good, close to a mall, it takes 4 min walk.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. We could leave our bags with them all day before check in and early check in was available upon request.

The noise from the mosque right next to our window. Bad soundproof and TV not connected to channels in English. Quite far from attractions and from public transport and not a very pleasant surrounding but if you use grab it's OK and value for money very good

A small bedroom with an extra room. Large enough to accommodate a cot. Breakfast selection is quite good.

The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet had lots to chose from, and the coffee was excellent.

The shower head leaked slightly, and there wasn’t a great deal of restaurants within walking distance
