The menu is great! Nearby mall - family mart, Indomaret, JCo. donut, Starbucks, Watson..etc. Near MRT Rasuna Said station.

Perfect location, efficient and super attentive-friendly staff, excellent food/great breakfast, comfortable room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. The room and bed was comfy.

Staff named Elva in reception helped me a lot with a check-in process. They upgraded our room to Ambassadors Club and my kids really enjoyed their afternoon tea.

Choice of breakfast is not as much as I expected but still nice.

The worst service I ever discovered in a hotel!!! I already paid in Booking.com app and received a payment confirmation email. On arrival they claimed that it is not paid even then app said it is paid and the receipt as well! They forced me to pay again! So I got charged twice! Only offer reporting to Booking.com they admit the mistake. But still no refund! Unbelievable!!! Instead of just voiding the payment they say they will take 2 weeks to refund. SoI’m still charged twice!!! Really bad hotel!!!

I wonder why the housekeeping rang the bell at 6 am when I was in a deep sleep and they opened up my room (thank God it was secured) just to ask about laundry. They can do it at 9 or 10 instead.

We are thankful to Elsa at the reception. She is patient and helpful. She is pro-active and warm. :)Would also like to thank Pak Irwan (Hope I got his name correct) from the restaurant. He really tried hard to help us made a Spa reservation when we told him we can't get thru the line. Appreciate his effort and we are thankful.?

When we request for a twin bed room, we were on the 12th flr. (We were upgraded to ambassador flr when chk-in). The staff had helped us transfer our barang-barang to the "new" room. but when we returned at night, realise that 1 of the bedsheet was very dirty. Called housekeeping and waited for half an hr but no one came. Tried to call several time again but no one ans. Finally the call was directed to frontdesk and within 10mins someone came. The bedsheets were changed and the guy was polite. But I have wasted more then one hr and was so tired. Photos were taken by the staff. He said he will highlight to the management. This is not a complain but to highlight coz it really spoil the mood and good impression of the hotel.Also, we made reservation for spa treatment on our arrival day. Was told after 2pm then they have 2 staff. So we reserve 2pm. But when we reached the spa at 1350H, there is no record of our booking and was told to reserve for night treament.as they have only 1 staff.? and at 1430h there is already a reservation.. We have no choice but to go elsewhere for the spa. Overall, still a pleasant stay as most of the staff were polite and friendly.

average good hospitality, average room, average breakfast. But beautiful lobby, and I like the lifts, the three lifts are spacious and fast.

the wooden furniture looks wore and old, the sides of the cabinet is dusty. When I turned on the sink for the first time, I found baby cockroach running from the sink hole to the wooden margin of the sink. maybe you could go check yourself and fumed room 1612.

Shower head is leaky and water pressure is not even; faulty lights that cant be switched off so i have to keep it on all night which is not good for my sleep; buffet breakfast spread is average

Good hotel, not top of the tops yet very friendly staff, especially the guys of the meeting room facilities.

At a more closer look, you can see that the place (room) is here and there a bit worn off. The surrounding areas are safe, yet not perfect if you come as a tourist (heavy traffic, narrow and run down sidewalks, the close metro station is useless because the metro is still not in operation).

I love eveything! The bed is comfortable the room is super clean the building itself looks amazing and big. The staffs are nice. I only stay one night but I'd love to stay here again.

The bathroom doesnt have jetspray sadly but it does have bidet. The breakfast doesn't have many variations like other hotels and the taste are average but it was okay. The service is great.

Clean room, awesome swimming pool, caab/taxi port outside the hotel.

The variation in breakfast menu may have been better.

Facility in general > I was on 10th floor, older room and furniture. Lot of cracks and gaps and outside voices were audibleBreakfast - was okay, better option in the strip mall (McD for breakfast )In-room service - was alright, ordered a chicken club sandwich which costed IDR 150K and it was just lame (and dry). Grab food is a much convenient option.

As I was quarantining, I didn't get to use most of the facilities. However, I thought the breakfast was decent but of course the buffet would have been much more desirable, under different circumstances. The food that I did have was pretty good. My only frustration was that there was always part of the breakfast missing, which was never explained, in spite of me ordering it in advance, clearly, the previous evening. It was always an "incomplete American Breakfast".Big shout out for the staff, who I thought were outstanding. The WiFi was also very good.

As I mentioned. I kept ordering the American Breakfast (which was included in my booking on booking.com). But there were always items missing, and I found that very frustrating. There was also no Japanese breakfast available at any time.

There was a concert the first 2 nights we stayed. It was quite noisy at night.
