Staff was amazing, location was perfect, and the rooms were very comfortable and very clean

The stay was mostly good once the initial issues were settled, and was a very good value for a specious suite.Ample free parking. I didn't use the pool but it looked decent.

The entire property is past its prime and in need of a renovation. Tower 1 seemed nicer than tower 2, which also had an odor in the lobby. When we arrived the power was out to the unit and I had to go downstairs to get them to flip the breaker. This also meant it was hot and muggy inside. It took the AC a good while to cool off like it hadn't been run for a while. The room was decent for the money, though worn out and not exactly clean, but very spacious. The beds were quite firm, which is fine if that's your preference.The WiFi was not great.

Poor service, poor quality amenities. Wifi did not work at all. AC turned itself off every 15 minutes. Check in staff was not friendly at all and did not give the usual information about breakfast hours , etc. - far below the standard I am used to after 10 years in Indonesia. (But check out staff was nice. Friendly, apologetic for poor room quality) Not worth the price. I’ve stayed in many better places all around Indonesia for less. Facilities are indeed those of a 4-Star hotel; service and amenities are not.

The ac is quite old and not cold enough in the room event the eng people come to fixed it

Convenient location, friendly staff.However our 3 bedroom apartment was dirty and desperately needed a good clean. Our friends room looked like it was renovated more recently and seemed a bit more modern and clean.

Spacious rooms, good food, nice bakery, good massage , nice crew, very enthusiastic and helpful Concierge, like Mr. Taufik ( he calls himself Mr Macho -haha) , nice location, complete with bar and ATM machine

The cutlery, glasses etc at the pantry were not cleanAt busy moments you are in the same queue as the guests that come for check in , pity there is no separate lane for guests with other needs & questions. As it took 1,5 hour to wait.

I booked 3 rooms of a three bedroom deluxe suite. One of the suite room isn't prepared (electricity not turned on), after I asked the staff to help me he gave me a smirk after he turned the electricity on which makes me look stupid like someone doesn't understand how to turn on the electricity panel even though he said informal "sorry" at the end. And the pool is closed in the morning (Jan 11th 2025) meanwhile the announcement said it will be closed at 2.30 PM.

I travel with kids all the time , both for work and leisure.i love the fact that I can always book 2 bedroom apartments, with spacious living space and pantry. staffs were Amazing!! all are nice and friendly.. and location is perfect for my needs.

The room we stayed was quite old.Not enough amenities the bathroom.For 3-bedroom semi apartment should provide washing machine no matter how long we stayed.Tv was old. Should change to smart tv with YouTube and Netflix access.Our room didn't get a good view.We only get bath towel. No face towel or hand towel.The food from room service wasn't really good. Even for Indonesian choices should be good for Indonesian hotel.

During my Stay All the staff very Friendly and Such a shame the Kitchen equipment Very Basic .

The Stove weren't Great ?and Just few Plates / cups and Glasses .

Location

Cleanliness. Room is dirty, cigarette burned marks on curtains & sofa. Room smell like cigarettes. Bath room is dirty, shower curtain is dirty. The water cooler in the room is old & dirty, water from water dispenser has all kind of residue

The room was a decent size and the inclusion of a kitchen and water cooler were very useful. It was a great location for where we needed to be. The bed was very comfortable.

The rooms were dirty. The couches were stained with cigarette burns in them, the bathrooms were not clean, the kitchen was not clean. We were on a non smoking floor but the room smelled like smoke. The room had a musty smell to it. The rooms are old. The breakfast was over priced and not great.

The building is old but not creepy. The unit is very cozy, clean and spacious. The beds are surprisingly very comfortable. I slept well and woke up feeling refreshed.

Nothing. As long as the room is clean and the bed is comfortable and I can sleep well, everything is acceptable for me.

The location is amazing! Not fat from PIm and Supermarket few steps away from the hotel..

To be honest, I did not like to swim at your pool. People wear t-shirt, they don't wear swimsuit. The pool tiles is black, need to be cleaned regularly pls!
