Been many times for working reasons.It is perfect for those that need to access Jalan Antasari and the highway fast, without big traffic issues.It is not expensive, but it does not offer amazing experiences.Local breakfast is good.

Rooms could be improved and better cleaned. Sometimes cleaners did not come.Limited options for drinks at the bar, there was only a small fridge with 4-5 cans of soft drinks.

Very centrally located extremely polite staff.

It’s a bit old and needs some renovation

The location is very good for me in south Jakarta easily connecting to highway.Breakfast is mostly local but you can get eggs, grilled tomatoes, etc. All good.

The hotel needs maintenance. I my room it was not possible to shut down the lights. Several switches were not working. Also, when booking with booking.com, payment at hotel, the hotel is sending messages asking to pay the room otherwise it would be automatically cancelled, which is non sense, I am using booking.com to do things fast and I do not have time to organize money transfer to the hotel.

Some guests smoke in the adjacent rooms and the smell reaches my room, even though I took a non-smoking room

I like the room so clean ,staff very friendly and izy go anywhere I want go I will stay at Amaroosa again when I back to jakarta

Nothing I don't like

I love the strategic location, it is near my favorite shopping centers, breakfast was generally delicious, it has a pool and gym. I really enjoyed it.

They wanted to charge me outside the booking.com app, but I didn't follow it cause when I paid in advance to a different hotel company through booking.com, it was a hacker. So be careful with direct payments. I paid directly at the hotel. I hope they continue to allow direct payment and not oblige people to pay in advance of arrival.

My room leaked so it was raining inside, the fitness is a set of rusty broken stuff. The shower is falling apart with no spare toiletpaper. The music in the restaurant is torture (panflute versions of sweet eighties hits). the staff does not really speak english and i had an unpleasant experience at the spa. I do not recommend this hotel.

All the staff are friendly especially Mrs Ellen, Mr Ryan, Mr Gustaf and Mr Anjas. The foods are so so there are not so many options for breakfast, near Antasari fly over, so many restaurants nearby around Cipete's area.

It takes too long for the foods and bills to come when we order from restaurants. The foods are so so.
