Food was Delicious... It's will good with more variety like Bakery and pastries.And coffe as well like Latte or cappuccino during breakfast. For the room Clean and Comfortable.

The hotel has a new management, and they are excellent. Very good and warm staff at reception and restaurant. Nice breakfast. A table for a laptop in the room. Would definitely stay again.

Reserved for double bed room but given 2 single bed. The AC not cold, informed front desk and soon enough a tech guy came to fix it. Breakfast need more variety but still ok for the price.

The staff were super attentive and accommodating. The location is perfect. Breakfast was tasty, they have a super delicious porridge. Overall a great value!

Convenient location, near to my businesses meeting place. Bed was big and comfortable. The staff were friendly and service was good. Breakfast was not bad.

Old furnitures with some damages like crack, peeling etc. Cleanliness of the room must be improved. Found a lot of ants in my room. Stain on bedsheet, pillow cases and pillows. Room window couldn’t really be closed. Very small bathroom and small room even though I booked the Super Deluxe room.It seems the cheaper room (Superior) much cleaner and in better condition than the Deluxe and Super Deluxe. I booked 3 types of rooms for our stay.

I t was the 2nd stay. The first stay was quite good. I like the location, which is close to VFS visa application office.

(1) Black out on the 1st night. The staff was very responsive to solve it, thanks.(2) Horrible check in: I have booked a super-deluxe room for 2 nights. It seemed the hotel was fully booked, so that they upgrade my reservation to junior suite for free. Later, when I were out, a staff called me. He told me that I need to move to another room (a super-deluxe) room tomorrow as new guests would stay in my current room. I refused bcos I would have subsequent online meetings that couldn't be interrupted. The staff said that they had kindly upgraded my booking for one night and they would just move me to my original booking tomorrow. I reminded him that they gave me a better room bcos they failed to provide the room type I booked; I didn't mind to move back to my original room type at that time (day 1), but not on day 2. I came back to the receptionist, asking a super-deluxe room as I booked. I told her also that we didn't mind to get out from the hotel tomorrow (rather than moving to another room in this hotel), so they could give the junior suite room to the new guests, but please give me 1 night refund. This problem was solved as the receptionist told us (after calling her manager) that we could stay in our current room for 2 nights. Thanks to her for this. But...after this unpleasant experience, for sure I wouldn't stay in this hotel again. They should treat customers/guests better.

the staffs are nice and helpful. they clean the room everyday. the breakfast is pretty good although mostly served Indonesian food. the bed is pretty comfy. the location in general is close to central.

the location of the hotel is hard to get into by car. the road is narrow and small. the room is very small. the AC is good at first but it might need a service by day 3 because it’s less cool. no fridge in my room. there’s a fridge spot, so there might be fridge in the other rooms but mine. there’s a rooftop patio but not very pleasant.

I love the green view from my room and comfortable bed!

Under bed still dirty ...please check before you give to another guess ...Many fasility its wont work like telphone doesnt work ....And i book including breakfast its wont come to my room ,front desk ask when i want breakfast i said by 9am but they wont call or come to room or say anything untill i check out ....I ready tell front desk but telephone its doesnt work....Please check all fasility becouse guess need to contact front desk or resto ...That is just information as you know what happen when i was there.Thank you

Location is best!

Parking space is very inconvenient. I personally don't like letting my car be driven /parked by other person. I don't like giving my car key to the staff.

I enjoyed the beautiful hotel and the surrounding, which are very safe and clean, despite the very noisy motor bikes and cars. The staff was also friendly, and are eager to help when asked. You can deliver packages to the front and security will take them for you.

I didn't enjoy how the room service didn't really clean the rooms properly, and how the kitchen service was very expensive for very average food. It is essentially worse than the food you can find in gofood, but it costs twice as much - and isn't handled nicely by the staff, so just don't order food here. Also just be aware that this is definitely not an Islamic environment or a good place for kids, as guests are often seen intoxicated. Also security sometimes walks away from your food or packages without leaving anyone behind, so anyone can take them from the front. Also we saw pictures of a fridge in the room but arrived to find an empty space where a fridge used to be. We asked for one, but were never given one.

Lightings are a bit dim, specially the one in bathroom. Parking space was very limited
