Excellent location, comfortable bed, clean room.

Bathroom plumbing is not great. Very low water pressure. TV remote did not work. Called and complained but no one came to fix it.

Location is great, there’s a big mall next to hotel, plenty of food choices, supermarket. Staffs are nice and polite.

It’s a pretty old hotel, and the towel isn’t super clean.

The breakfast offers a wide variety and tastes great, but the room has an unpleasant odor—possibly from the carpet. My room number is 3066.

Centrally located, rooms clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast buffet and staff polite and helpful.

Convenient location and budget. The staff were very friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible.

We booked a Deluxe Double Room and were very disappointed to find that it did not have any natural light. There was a "window" which was bricked up from the outside as apparently it leads to the carpark. It made the room feel claustrophobic and very dark. Apparently all of the Deluxe Double Rooms are the same however this is NOT mentioned on the room description on Booking.com. We were unable to change room due to the hotel being full. Check in was supposed to be from 2pm (and we had already confirmed via message that we would be there at that time) but our room was not available until 4pm which was inconvenient as we had to get ready to leave for an event.

The location is very good, next to a big shopping mall. Just that the hotel is low rise. Only level 2 and 3. Can see people at the common area in the next building. So cannot open the curtain if need privacy. No swimming pool. Breakfast is ok.

The property is clean and spacious. Good location as it is within the Mall of Indonesia and has many eateries around that area.

The aircon wasn't working well, even though it's set at 19 degrees C but feels like 26 degrees C.

Need to improve on your breakfast and services. No butter and table knife. Tea was pathetic, including cold hard pastries, croissants and tasteless fruits salad. More inter continental breakfast.Room not clean the whole day until we have to request to be cleaned and spray. Water bottles not refill nor cups and glasses were cleaned

The location is great. Just leave your room and you re in the Mall of Indonesia. The breakfast was very varied with fresh food and nice products. The staff was nice and helpful.

The carpets need changing and fridge didn t seem to work.
