the location is ok so far, close to the tool-road; taxi/ by Grab is easy for travelers to go anywhere you want to.

I not suggest you to stay this hotel, cause the front-table person has less experience on room-arrangement. That day, i want to check-in around 14:00, she （the front-table) insists “all room is smoking room”, then when i follow her arrangement upstairs to the room, the room still has someone living inside, and the person (a man, inside the room) very angry with my interruption, and almost jump out of the room to kill me. Terribly arrangement problem from the front-table. then i go down to the front-table, she (the same person) arrange me a non-smoking room, only 20 min. ago she said all room is smoking room, and now she can give me a non-smoking room??? Terribly, i doubt how the hotel training the front-table person???

the staff help us to navigate the situation when there was no more non-smoking room deluxe available (and we arrived 1am after a very long set of flights). Two of us are very sensitive to smoke smell and they upgraded our room to keep non-smoking.

cleanliness, some black dots seemed like mold in the shower room (very minor though). And saw a piece hair on one of the breakfast meal.

Provide, Iron and ironing board, replace coffe machine with microwave. Bath Mat should be in every bathroom at the hotel, as after shower the floor is slippery and could be dangerous. Hand towel / face towels needed as well.

Location, facilities, comfortable bed.

The parking capacity was quite small. I had to park in the muddy field owned by the hotel.

The decoration is nice, there was no missing items in the room, the bathroom cabinets are very useful.

- The hotel is located close to the Arkadia Green Park, which hosts various large organizations. You can walk there in two minutes.- Room was quite spacious- Bathroom was fine, great shower ?.- Airco was also functioning fine.- Also walking distance to both Aeon mall (10 min) and a lovely place called "Garden cafe" (5 min).

- If you are a *sweet* breakfast person, I think the options are not that great (quality and selection) compared to what you would find in an European hotel in this category (I cannot judge the Indonesian food, it looked good but it's just not for me in the morning ?).- The smoke/non-smoke area for breakfast is roughly 50/50. The restaurant is often quite full and you end up in the smoking area (or sit next to the pool)- If you are on the wrong side of the hotel, you get a lot of street noise. TB Simatupang road is really busy. The windows also vibrate with the traffic noise. In general my purpose in a hotel is to sleep, and be away during the day. That's why I think this is an important element!- Space underneath the hotel door (sound)- I don't understand how one can have a bright green LED at TV connection box, it's just too bright at night. I had to cover it with a brochure from the hotel. (just a minor detail though)

Very disappointed, for someone that never smoke for my entire life, i have to sleep in smoking room. All night i cannot sleep, the room are smell like smoke, the wall, the curtains the air ? Trying to get another room they said all full booked. Didn't even try to see another alternative.To be honest i cant sleep all night.I can feel the AC is blowing cigarettes smoke. I thing the whole floor is smoking room.Never experienced something like this, i feel like choking all night in that room.

I would like to praise a staff named BRAZA. He is the only one who gave me a good service and solved my problem during my 4 days in Aston Hotel.If all staff of the Aston Hotel could do good service for customers as BRAZA did, I would like to stay in the Aston Hotel again.

I got Bad services during my 4 days stay. You seem to never understand Good service and help customers to solve problems are the key points for us to value a hotel and decide whether we will come again or not….

Good hotel with nice rooms and a great breakfast. The location was good for my needs, but it is not central.

One of the elevators was not working. Waiting for an elevator took a little too long on most occasions. If you are looking to have a beer at the hotel bar after your day, that is not going to happen as they dont serve alchol. That is fine, but good to be aware of.

The breakfast was good. A lot of options and different options every day. However, it is suggested to go when it is less crowded and also not too early. When it is crowded it is difficult to get help and when it is too early nobody would be around to help you (some pre-prepared food would still be cold as well).

1) I brought a plush toy with me and left it in bed after I went out in the morning. When I came back in the afternoon, it went missing. I reported the incident to the manager the following day, who promised to look into it. Later he came to me with the toy, which he claimed was mistakenly taken away by the cleaner as they didn't notice it when changing the bed. Luckily they found the toy stuck in the used bed linen, but for unknown reasons it got the smell of a typical Indonesian dish. The manager said sorry, but he didn't offer to clean it. I was happy that I was able to get it back, but thought I should mention this here so that others could be alerted for the risk of staying in this hotel.2) We could tell that the bed linen had been washed when we checked in. However, it is also evident that it was not properly cleaned, as we saw stains on it. 3) Most rooms were susceptible to noise either from the street outside or the corridor/lift inside.

1-The property was very dirty .2-Restaurant chairs were extremely dirty and table were very dirty with black grease 3-Eating outside lots flies that shows it’s dirty no cleaning Cigarettes batts everything in plant pots 4- café upstairs in level 1 lots nasty mosquitoes 5- this hotel don’t deserve 4 stars I would give 2.5 stars unless clean up

The room is spacious, it can fit 4ea 28 inch luggage. Staffs are friendly. Their breakfast menu are also good.

Not sure whether I like it or not, but this hotel has tight security. They will inspect our luggage / handbag everytime we go inside the hotel, just like what we can find in the airport.This hotel room doesn't have a bidet - in case you need one.

It would be better to book a room in the back side of the hotel to avoid the street noise if you are a light sleeper.
