Close to transportation and daily needs Toilet and bathroom not clean and design not comfortable especially plumbing system

Breakfast was okey.

It was not clean, stains everywhere.AC didn’t work properly.There were bugs on the bathroom.At 5 in the morning the turn a radio/music INSIDE the room, it was 5 people at the counter complaining…Totally not recommend this place.And the pictures are AI generated, the room is not even close to what you get.

the room was actually fine, the AC is working properly, bed was comfy, water heater was also working properly.

The corridor to the room was confusing, almost like labyrinth, also too far away from the front desk, the wifi couldn't reach to our room.. the room were not soundproof so we can hear the loud noises from other guests outside the room.

The location of this hotel is very strategic because I am currently engaged in activities from midnight until early morning, preparing the HDF ballroom located on the 4th floor, which is in the same building as this hotel.

The bedcover, bedsheet, pillows, and bolsters appear used as they have not been ironed? There are fragments on the surface of the table and in the bathroom, which I suspect to be cigarette ash.

Pretty good location if you're heading to the airport like we were. 20 min walk / 5 min taxi to Duri station where you can get train to airport for 50k instead of dealing with crazy Jakarta traffic before your flight.Staff were very friendly, good aircon, hot shower, decent WiFi. Is on 3rd floor of the season city mall and pretty easy to find. For the price it is pretty good value!There are some okay food options in the mall but not great.

Pillows looked old and very discoloured.Breakfast is limited - rice, fish, veggie fritters but not a whole lot else. No eggs or bread which was disappointing.Shower pressure could be better

Everything is good. Big and clean room. Toilet were quite clean as well.

The shower head was broken. So it's tough to bath in.

Clean, strategic location, easy access, affordable, staff are super friendly.

Finding the room is like a maze. The lobby is very warm.

-The way room was designed-Different type of lamps around the room, which I could turn on, so I could adjust it the way i wanted.-The Personal were very helpful and polite

There wasnt much, the only thing I found weird/disgusting was there were some yellow stains on and around my sink, I assume it's shampoo/soap they forgot to clean up.

The staffs were nice. They contacted me via whatsapp for confirmation and later sent me the invoice via whatsapp. It's a typical chain hotel in the country. Was only there for transit before my next long flight

The hotel is inside a mall. It's on the 3rd floor but no information about it anywhere. The room I booked had no view outside the building. There is a window, but you can only see another concrete. Not a good feeling. The bathroom's smelly too. I guess staying for transit is okay, you know to have showers and change of clothes before your next long flight. It took another 10' ride from Duri station. 10' ride with typical Jakarta traffic. I traveled light so I can get on gojek but I am not sure if using car is a good ide

Strategic location, location at West Jakarta. We can easily explore to North Jakarta and South Jakarta.

Access to room a little bit complicated, cause the direction is a little confusing.

The water for bathing is chemical smell and when it first came out from the shower some little worm dropped along with the water.
