Hotel Neo Tendean by ASTON

I like the location, the employee and the price.

I can't purchase lunch on the promises because they have an event going on .

The Personnel was always friendly and the room service kept the rooms always top notch tidy. I had some things to do in that area and found everything within reach. From your floor you can access the garage directly to travel by scooter, car or gojek. I will come back and really like the service.

The pool could have been a little bit deeper, the windows in the rooms were not possible to open. The view could have been better but a building has 4 sides that all get rented out. Anyway wil come back

Good location, comfortable room and smooth check in/check out process.

shower was not be very powerful,

I love the way the staff treated us. They were so friendly and accommodate our needs. The location was great and it's easy for us to reach the location. The cleanliness of the room also suitable for the price given.

The parking lot was so small but the security staff helps us to get the parking space.

noise from next door heard to my room.. there is no mineral water bottle but the facilitate it with water dispenser on the center point of the building level..

the room to noise

When the breakfast items finished they not put new even when the breakfast for more than 1 hour must be open. That happened the first day when I arrived at the hotel. I complained at the reception but I think they not taken seriously.

When you siting by the pool for swimming in the morning the reception people come 4 time for say to they will close the pool for construction on the wall of the building. It’s totally on acceptable for send people away when they book the hotel including the pool. Iff you want do construction things close the hotel!!

Location

Aircon not working in roomCleaniness

I like the place loaction is near by the central and easy to find a restaurant near by.

their Wifi at my room it didn't work well, it works at the bigining and geting slow after used it for a while.

1. Availability of Smoking Room2. Staff's hospitality3. Refillable complimentary mineral water

1. Even though the room is clean, but some parts of the wall need to be repainted. And also, the air conditioner's 'vintage look' (faded color) need to be renewed, perhaps it will improves the cleanliness of the room.2. At a certain location, corridor's carpet need to be fixed, or it will make customers stumble.3. Air ventilation in room need to be improved, specially for the smoking room. Addition of exhaust fan in bathroom and openable room window would be great.

the location and the staff are exceptional

the room a bit unclean, perhaps need more tidying up so the room can be more cleaner

The location, Staff are exception… keep up the good work

A bit unclean, the food under seasoning

Affordable price, good interior at lobby

Room is too small, alley of the room very standard and looks like boarding house

Price

Not much food variety in breakfast.

Near to the many good restaurants

very nice stay . friendly staff

Their services

The room a bit lackey, but since it's a budget business hotel, so how can I expect more

Good

Kurang harum

clean but the freshness of the sheets should be considered
