This hotel is literally inside the airport- super convenient and exactly what we needed for a night to crash out after traveling for 40 hours.

The room was extremely small- the queen sized bed took up most of it and there wasn't a lot of space to move around, especially with our luggage in there. However, it was perfect for crashing for the night before an early rise and more traveling.

I like the quiet

i don't think it worth the price since the entrance is smelly, you use stairs to go to the hotel and its hard when you have big and heavy luggage and the aircon also portable one and it's not cold at all.

Air conditioner worked but noisy in our room

It was in the airport and we needed a place to sleep

Everything was “sort of”. The room was sort of clean. The staff was sort of pleasant. The pictures on the site sort of looked like the real thing. Overall, it filled a need but I wouldn’t stay here unless I had to.

The location and staff is friendly

I had a room with a really bad smell and the staff tied to cover it but nothing had changed so they change my room to another one which is very nice from their side

Was in the recliner chairs (not bed) which are curtained off individually with water bottle and PowerPoint. Good location to rest during transit.

The noise. The area for the chairs is near reception and bar area so all noise travels into this area but worse was other people in area watching videos and making phone calls using speaker. There are no signs to be quiet. So good place to be horizontal but don’t expect much sleep

Great location, just next to domestic terminal. Standard room is good, just no window. I had my own a/c unit inside of the room. There was also a thick bed cover, so not like other reviews stated. it was very comfortable stay. I'm returning there on my way back for sure.Area is very good for overnight after looking flight, there are a lot of local food options outside, that are open 24/7. Also coffee and bread places in the morning. Very convenient and cheap.

I was not aware that the room would have no window, but it was good for 1 night stay before my domestic flight.

Booked this for my wife to stay overnight in the airport. Overall she was very satisfied with the hotel. The location is great because it's next to the shops and cafe's where you can get food even in the middle of the night. Also the hotel is next to the sky train which helps navigating between the terminals.

They have quite steep stairs which made my wife worried about bringing up the luggage but the staff member helped her do it's not really a negative.

The facilities were good except that we had to bring up our suitcases two flights of stairs as there was no elevator.Otherwise, it was a good stay. The Staff were very helpful and polite.

Small but comfortable, problems with wifi connection. Very comfortable bed and good bathroom. Noisy air conditioning unit.

It was easy to upgrade from sleeping chair to single room with toi/shower.

If you just need a short night nap and place to change, before your early morning flight, it's suitable for you. The hotel is at NOT at the international terminal so need to take taxi/grab car. worth my money bcus downstairs, theres a whole bunch of food outlets that you can enjoy.

It was very basic

The A/C was not cold all the duration of the stay and they didn't fix it it was hot

It was good for a couple of hours, and cheap. Really good solution for travellers.

You hear literally everything, people snoring, eating, dropping suitcases.. and the ac was very high so it was a bit cold.

I liked my room, it was nice and clean! And the staff Hardi and Mulyadi were really nice and helpful. Also location was perfect for my early flight the next day!

The only issue was that I could hear the people from next door a lot.

The location did not match what was on google maps. I paid rp 350000 for a car from terminal 2 to terminal 1. Maybe a heads up to the first time traveller that the sky train is the better way to get around the airport and that it is free!

Aircon linked to airport so no control. Heaters available at reception if needed though.Extra blanket may be a good idea
