Nicely decorated, great breakfast and super nice staff!

Overall solid property and good value for money, something was wrong with food health and safety

Dinner order from a la card menu, green salad appetizer and snapper main course. It was not good, fish was hard and chewy, spinach was rough. worst of all something with salad was bad that ruined my digestion instantly, i had spent one hour in bathroom unfortunately.

Breakfast option was fabulous

It was liitle bit crowdy during my stay there with groups of employees specially in dinning area (breakfast time) i guessed their staying related to an event/workshop/seminar

Breakfast: although clearly invested it is spread all over the restaurant area with fruit here, fresh vegetables (very few indeed) there, coffee here, water there... It takes too much wandering around to locate everything. In addition, vegetarian items are scarce, and the restaurant staff is just ok, not much more.

Premier room should be allocated at one of the best view from the hotel building (higher floor). to consider to provide complimentary mini bar and any replenishment subject to additional charges

Insufficient water supply and hot water to have a comfortable shower. No outside view from the room.

Breakfast was good with a reasonable range of food types including Asian and Western dishes. Staff were very helpful

The swimming pool was too public. The pool is overlooked by the restaurant and in full view of the whole of the lobby plus a corridor on the other side. How can anyone possibly bathe in such an exposed and public place. It is the only problem we encountered as the hotel and staff are excellent

I absolutely loved the toilet! I didn’t expect it to be so clean and sleek. I’ve stayed in higher-star hotels that didn’t maintain this level of cleanliness. The housekeeping team did a great job keeping both the room and toilet spotless. Not only was it clean, but it was also dry when I first entered, which was a nice touch.The staff was also friendly and welcoming. Another big plus is the location—just a short walk to Sarinah and several other main attractions, making it very convenient for exploring the area.

The room was okay—just enough space for two people, but it might feel cramped for travelers with large luggage or those who’ve done a lot of shopping in Jakarta. I was looking forward to using the pool, but it turned out to be more of a decorative feature near the main entrance rather than a functional amenity. Given its small size and central placement, it didn’t feel like a practical spot for swimming.

Staff were friendly

We were upgraded to a different room but it was on level 1 and had minimal natural light. The bathroom was not well maintained.For the price, I would expect higher standard.

Smoking area is by the pool which prevented us from going there.

I booked a Deluxe room with the city views but received a room with no window practically. Furniture was stained

Clean and nicely decorated. They minimised the use of plastic so no bottled water, just a jug where you can fill in water from a dispenser outside of the room, in the corridor. Staffs were ever friendly and obliging. Location was within walking distance to eateries, coffee shops and Hero supermarket. Also walking distance to Sarinah and Jln Thamrin

The swimming pool was small and in the middle of the hotel, there were tables and chairs from the coffeehouse near the pool so swimming is a bit uncomfortable for the ladies. The dispenser didn’t have hot water so you need to take water and boil in the kettle provided in the room

Staff were so friendly and welcomeEspecially the girl who always working at the resto...always smile.

We had some issue with AC at our room, but they accomodate us into another room and getting much better for us to stay.

Surrounding streets are pretty dirty. The air conditioner was too strong.

Except for the coffee Latte being a bit underwhelming… the place was amazing

Staff are very helpfull. I did long run at Monas and had knee injury. When they saw me coming drag my feet, they offer wheelchair. When i checkout they day after, they bring wheelchair and help me very nicely
