Convenient for access to Ancol. Parking available. Comfy bed. Very strong AC. Dispenser water means you won't run out of water.

Parking way at the top of lot made me dizzy going in circles. There is very little signage from the parking area to lobby and back out to park, hence it's very confusing to go in/out the first time.It's one of those mall to hotel conversions so you won't actually have a window, just a fake window.The hallway carpets are quite dirty. The towels smell very bad.The night staff was so nice but the morning staff was a bit rude.The bottle to fill from dispenser and bring to the room is too small. It's only about 2 glasses, ha.Overall not terrible and I wouldn't mind staying again.

strange architecture, poor design, no natural light, outdated facilities, no soap in shower, leaking and noisy toilet, cigarette smell in the corridor, no water bottles in the room.

Was good place for first day in Jakarta. Lots of food to get near by and its in secure place so not many people and traffic. Really nice after long flight.

Beds were very comfy. Breakfast was great though needed to arrive early. Room was clean

Very poor dim lighting. Also bedside light x 1 was broken and shade was falling apart on lamp over desk. Asked for replacement for and got another bedside lamp with broken on off switch. Carpet in hall ways was dirty and stained.

Absolutely Nothing… i was just tired and had a flight the next day otherwise i would've not stayed the night.

Everything… the bed sheets and pillows are dirty, they had red and black spots on them. The view is under average. The smell in the corridors is bad. The rooms are cramped. Everything is bad, definitely would not recommend this hotel.

Locations was good, there was a train station nearby, not too far from airport.

Bathroom was unnecessary complicated, could have just been a single unit that was properly divided from the bedroom area. There was multiple cubicles for shower and toilet, mirror and sink were part of the room.

The breakfast was nice, reasonable range of food

There was a water leak however it was attended to promptly

the room was good and clean, it is near the mall hence no question about the shopping

drinking water bottle was not available, there was no youtube access, only tv with local channels.

The room was big enough for 2 and had the basic amenities you need. The hotel's effort to be environmentally friendly is a nice touch (water dispensers, etc.). The buffet breakfast was sufficient but has limited options for western dishes.

There were a couple of broken tiles in the shower, the door to the toilet made a loud creaking sound whenever it is opened and closed which made us worry that the door might break. There was also a weird smell in the room that can't be removed even if I had the room cleaned so I just used my perfume to make the room smell pleasant.

Breakfast was ok, value for money. All the rooms were on one floor.

Room was for not appropriate as advertised for 2+1 child - didn't even put towels enough for 3. Nothing around the area was open after midnight not even the 3-4 minimarts next to the hotel. Water from the dispenser outside tasted funny. Bed wasn't clean - had many hairs.

Location at the mall which is easy to find foods, supermarket, etc.

Nice pool although the way to reach the pool is far enough (the pool is at Novotel facilities)

The location was excellent.The room was not too big nor small.Facilities were ok since i did not use much of it.

It is on top of the Mangga Dua Square mall. Close to Ancol and Pademangan street food.

The location is very strategic and near to JIEXPO KEMAYORAN. The staffs are very polite, quick and very professional. They were so kind to let us check in at 12pm instead at 2pm. They were very helpful the entire of our stay. The receptionist the room service, the concierge all was very splendid! Definitely would come again because of the great service

If you are sharing 2 person in 1 room i suggest to get twin beds instead of a queen because the toilet is transparent. I can see my friend going to the toilet and doing their business and I can also see them in the shower. Was not a big deal because we just try to avoid looking when one is using the toilet. I couldn't get the twin bed because it was fully booked, so make sure to booked ahead of time

The crew is very friendly and kind.

The facilities are very bad, the pillow cover, the mattress is very old and smells bad. Towels have an unacceptable smell.
