The hotels clean, comfortable and the food is good

A special thanks to Rahma at the reception — she was very friendly, helpful, and professional. She made the check-in process smooth and was always ready to assist with a smile. Truly outstanding service.

The hotel has good staff, and the reception Rahma is a very nice person, location is great and close to the mall

Pros:- Kind and friendly staff. All the staff were so accommodating that they would do above and beyond to make you feel like home. Thank you.- Great location. It's near everything. - It's clean and quiet.- Bottles of water were provided as complimentary during our stay.

Cons: - The bathroom needs a deep cleaning as there is a bit mold here and there.

location was near to convenient store, compact room and most... they provide smoking room

The air conditioner was leak, the breakfast was so so...

Room 3001 AIRCOND was brokend in the midnight…..and we was in hot condition for 1 night….After we tell the receptionist immediately help us to change room

The breakfast is good with Indonesian traditional menu, but there is very little western menu and hotel doesn't have the good bread.

There are much hairs on the bed, it seems the bed not clean enough. I asked the hotel to give us the clean one and they did it. The hotel towels are very damage with all the hole, WC towel also damage.

I like the location, the hospitable and friendly staff especially the lovely receptionists Belinda and Rahma. The breakfast buffet (60K Rp) is good. The room is spacious and cozy. I would definitely rebook.

AC is quite noisy and annoying, sandals is only one pair, tea and coffee in room is only one sachet each. Provide facilities for two guests please.

Room rent.

We ordered King Rooms and it was big. Even we pay more for breakfast it was also cheap. They have carpark building too.

Nevertheless, soundproof room needs to improve. I can hear neighbor talking very clear. And please don't bother to deposit amount to keep the card keys, it's old fashion. Not everyone like me keep small money in my pocket.

Bed sheet covers and towels very yellowish and old. Bathroom seat has manual water spray which is completely not hygienic. Sink is crocked and water tap is broken. WiFi is very bad. I consider this hotel 1 or 2 star hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone I know.

Bath shower not working properly the spread very small,the parking area is limited, My request is for one queen bed room but I got twin bed,staining on my bed sheet, the towel is smelly, the customer service once Im asking the invoice can't give it and impatient to answer my question

Clean and tidy, location is good for our trip purpose. wifi is super fast

There were mosquitoes in my room. The corridors look dated and could be brighter as i sometimes didn’t feel very safe walking through them to my room. Walls were thin. On the last day my aircon was leaking and made my luggage wet. Called housekeeping for cutleries but they refused to provide unless I ordered room service.
