Very good location near Sarinah Mall. Friendly staff in the restaurant and room service area. very nice view from the booked room

Cons -

After booking that hotel no answer on my Mail. Free Airport pick up..wrote request- no answer- no Puck up. Found with many cockroaches and other vermin inside the room. It was not possible to shower without the water running onto the bathroom floor. I then requested to change the room after water ran through the windows onto the windowsill during heavy rain. Unfortunately, the breakfast offered was of sufficient quality.
