- The bedroom was small (room number 201). The space for chair was not enough. The tap on the washbasin was broken, no door mat for the bathroom so the room floor was always wet after i use the bathroom.
- Staff during check in was not helpful at all. The room (single bed non smoking) that I booked was told being cancelled and unavailable.
- The room was dirty and dusty.. I don't know if they already cleaned it or not.. especially the bed sheet was dirty and there were some hair on it.. we asked the staff to replace it, but yeah the service quite good..

So dirty n smell..we need to open the window to get the fresh air, they did not even clean the toilet from the guest before us n the garbage box still full when we came back for the 2nd nite .The bedroom was smell n the bedsheets was smell from not enough dry from the laundry. We asked to change it.We choice to stay there coz of the location only.

wifi did not worked, even after I asked the staff to connect it. And the signal was very bad there. The toilet and wastafel dirty it's like been used by previous customer but not cleaning by the staff.

For the room I book was not Sam I get .ther is not hot water the toilet was not good showering not working room was small I get bad experience
The bed is really comfortable. The staffs are really nice. There is free flow water near elevator.
The wall paint is rusty. The water in shower didn't run smoothly. The air conditioning took too long to make the room cold.
